  1. RIP. A true talent. I can still remember listening to Squirrel and G-Man for the first time and his line in Tart Tart stopping me in my tracks. Out there, funky, the real deal.
  2. Sex Pistols - Never Mind the Bollocks…
  3. Ah yes but, Bootsy’s bass had its own gravitational field roughly in equilibrium with that of the Earth’s. Thusly, and it’s a little known fact, Bootsy floated about 5mm off the stage.
  4. Good one! The Roxy lineup was fantastic but I’d also go with Thunes simply because he became my favourite of Frank’s bassists. Also - Billy Gould from Faith No More, or on a different but equally heavy tip.., oh to be Brownmark from Prince and the Revolution. What a band, what a sound and what a spectacle, and of course playing bass for the man himself.
  5. I might start a channel doing reaction videos to reaction videos.
  6. King Crimson live in Munich 1982
  7. Like the hand of God in a silk glove punching the face of the planet
  8. Gravy!
  9. I concur. The past 10 years of his vocals have killed the peppers for me.
  10. The Downshift So-so Pension Plan.
  11. Prince and the Revolution in Purple Rain. Acting not too bad but a cracking film nonetheless.
  12. Split Enz - Bold As Brass
  13. My Jazz is #410xxx which puts it at ‘73/‘74 on the serial number date checker with the pots dated early ‘74. I wish there was a way of checking what finish it left the factory with as my, rosewood necked, Jazz is white which I reckon is a refin which looked old when I got it in 1993.
  14. ZZ Top - Rough Boy
