Cheers folks. Aye, it's a great amp. The only negative is the weight - it weighs about the same as I do! Lifting your own body weight up two flights of stairs is not fun. It looks so darn nice though - thinking about just keeping it in the flat as eye candy. I think I have finally decided that Ashdown is the sound for me. I have an electric blue 1x15 combo, a recently aquired ABM 2x10 combo and the Klystron 4x10 combo. I'm trying to justify keeping all three - an amp for any eventuality is what I keep telling myself! Also, I have three bass guitars so if I got rid of one of the amps then surely that would ruin my equilibrium? . . haha

For sale Ashdown Classic Klystron C410H-500. 575 watt combo amp with 4x10' speakers + horn. Used condition - I bought as an ex demo so it has been around the block a bit. A few scuffs here and there and the volume and gain pots could do with a clean but all round a great amp in good working order. I keep buying big amps but then soon get sick of lugging them around! They just look so cool though! And this one in particular sounds magic - especially with the sub harmonic. I would like £500 for it. Can't really say fairer than that. I'll take some pics if there is any interest. Here's a link for specs: http://www.electromusic.co.uk/Ashdown-Classic-Klystron-C410H-500.html I live in Edinburgh. Feel free to come demo the amp. Cheers, Kelso

I doubt this was ever a signature release but thought I'd post it anyway. Hope that's ok? Mr. Big is my guilty pleasure and Billy Sheehan is one of my all time favourite bassists. I think this bass is a stunner! Love the humbucker and single coil combo . . .

This is my 75' P-Bass (100% original apart from the ash trays). Still don't have her yet but recently found out she has made it through customs so all is well. Should get her next week. Can't wait! She was an olympic white but has faded to a funky yellow colour - loves it!

Project C bought my Fender Bassman TV 15 and was a pleasure to deal with. He payed promptly and communicated well. I'd highly recommend him to any of you guys. Cheers, Kelso

Hey folks. For sale is a hardly used Gator GR 2S flight case. Fits the likes of an SVT3-Pro or SVT7-Pro (just to give you an idea of size). I've had both these heads racked in it and gigged both maybe 3 times each so the case hasn't been used much at all. Very little cosmetic wear - a couple of small scratches. Have the keys etc to lock her up. Anyway, the heads are long gone - they just didn't work out for me. In fact, it seems Ampeg in general just doesn't work for me (controversial I know!) but I still have the flight case. Cheapest I can find online is £65 (excluding delivery). Will sell for £40 (including delivery). Live in Edinburgh so collection is always the preferred option (and you'll get the case for cheaper). Cheers, Kelso ps - got some dimensions online - 1800 × 681 - its also a 2U . . .
Its a hand painted/put together bass that is based on a 1950's p given to me by an american luthier. It sounds and looks amazing, weighs a tonne though and the neck is very chunky. So I'm not able to use it too often for long gigs. Will maybe use it for future recordings though....x
So not only deos it look cool as fook you're now telling me it sounds amazing too! . . . If you ever fancy selling it give me a shout please! Kelso -
