Oh my . . What a thing of beauty! Love how road worn it is. . .
Good luck with the sale mate. If only I had that sort of cash. Fancy a Kidney? I could throw in my girlfriend to sweeten the deal? . . .
Last night shift and then off til monday bump! Whoop whoop!
Somebody buy my amp! It's awesome by the way and looks beautiful. A real head turner at gigs.
I think £400 is a good price too no?
I get my klystron 410 combo tomorrow so really want to make room for it . . .
Rat pedals are great. I used a 'Turbo Rat' once for recording and I think it could work well for you . . . It's a guitar pedal primarily but I found it worked really well with Bass . . .
The Soul foundation (6 - 12 piece Motown outfit) are playing the following public dates in Edinburgh: Friday 11th November - The Jam House Saturday 12th November - The Jam House Friday 18th November - The Voodoo Rooms Come on down for authentic covers and some originals too! Cheers, Kelso
My 75' P-Bass. I don't actually have her in my possession yet (she is en route from the US) but I reckon she'll be the one . . .
Och, now I feel like I'm cheating on my Sandberg. I love you too honey!
Sorry, getting a bit weird now . . .
What a lovely looking thing.
If I hadn't just bought an Ashdown Klystron C410H-500 combo I would have had this! . . .
I'm sure it'll go soon mate. . .
Good luck with the sale!
Hi, Regarding your Fender Bassman. I have a Fender 1962 Reissue Jazz (USA). The bass is exceptional condition. With minor buckle rash to the back and wear to the front. I can send pictures. I would be interested in a trade with a cash adjustment my way. Cheers Patrick.
Hi Patrick.
I have a Sandberg California (Jazz copy) which pretty much covers my Jazz needs. Plus I recently bought a 75' P-Bass so not really looking for another bass at the moment. Feel free to make me a cash offer though . . .
Thanks for your interest.
Kelso
For once in my life - Stevie Wonder (James Jamerson) is simply the best bass playing I have ever heard.
What's Going On - Marvin Gaye (James Jamerson) is a close second.
Bit of a departure from Motown but Bullet in the Head by RATM (Timmy C) is a great bass line. Simple but does it's job perfectly.
Welcome!
I am also quite new to this place. It's great for advice, buying and selling, and, more importantly, a place to spraff geekily about the wonders of playing bass! . . . . Loves it . .
Willing to ship bump! I'll organise it but it will be at buyers expense (just the shipping like - not any additional costs for effor on my behalf) . . . .
Cheers!
Definitely get a drummer or at least try and jam with one.
Drum machines aren't fun to jam with and you can't go with them for a pint and a blether after practice (arguably the most important part!) . . .
first of four night shifts bump )-: . . .
Nobody interested in this? It'll either be going on the evilbay soon or back in my cupboard . . .
Bumpety bump bump

Ha, Ha I'm tempted to buy it back!
Ha! It's a lovely amp Gareth. Don't think I will keep it up for long - I'm already thinking about taking it offline!
Hi all.
Fender Bassman TV 15 now FOR SALE NOW SOLD!!!! I just bought another amp so need the funds.
It's a cracking amp, can shift plenty of air (350watts and a 15' speaker) and has a lovely old school tone. There are a few scuffs to the tweed but I think they make it look cooler! Comes with Fender Cover. I'm based in Edinburgh and don't have my own transport so collection preferred but I could get a mate to give me a lift and meet half way (within reason). Or, a courier could be arranged at buyers expense.
