1. Sell all your pedals and get a zoom b3 or ms-60b, sell the combo. Buy the amp. Use the th as main amp with cab, Benton as backup. If speakers blow, tough sh*t. ;-)
 2.
Thanks Dad3353. Even though import taxes would have to be paid from Thomann i will set my price accordingly NEW PRICE £500 Shipped to the UK dw
Import taxes? Really? Gr.....
 3.
Small world!!! Thank you, RATM is always fun and it allows Stu to channel his accumulated anger safely PM'd about the amp test
Definately interested to hear your findings on this head to head. (as a fellow shuttle 6.2 owner)
 4.
As per the title. Bank transfer or cash only. £25 shipped. R
I'll take em! Message sent on its way.
 5.
What about a Boss LS-2? Then you can run the clean signal and blend in the Tone Hammer alongside it.
That was where my thinking was going! I only sold one last year gr.... Yes, may be worth trying it out. :-)
 6.
How much to courier to manchester do you think? Also I don't suppose you're interested in an EBS session 60 plus cash your way?
Not too far from you, no gigs near you for a long while. Shame! I just bought a cab of similar size and weight and it cost £20 with Royal Mail (although I only insured for £100!) there are probably cheaper couriers available to be honest if you're flexible on pick up and drop off times. Sorry not interested in trade. Thanks
 7.
I have the GB shuttle 6.(not the 6.2) the TH500 and the ToneHammer pedal, normally I use the TH pedal mainly for recording the Shuttle 6 and TH500 for live (I play in 2 different bands).. I don't find any of them lacking tbh.
2 different bands with two different sound needs then?
 8. Hi. Last night I finally had chance to try my ToneHammer pedal in a gig situation. Wow, this thing just added so much girth to my tone, especially in the bottom end. Really liked it. However, I felt it did lack some articulation and zing every now and again. Perhaps I need to spend more time with it, to dial in. I started to think, what about if I could have the best of both worlds and control the mix of ToneHammer and direct signals to the amp. Then I could blend in as I seek fit on the fly. Thoughts? Anybody do anything similar? Cheers Tony

 15.
What you hear on that track is most likely just the Jazz bass straight into the desk. Whatever tone the bass players getting is at the whim of the sound engineer. It's unlikely to be the 'sound' of the amp he's using to monitor himself onstage. But saying that, Ed Friedland is a big fan of Genz Benz and he can get a very warm sound from them.
Yeah, he is a big fan. Had a discussion with him about buyingnthe streamliner and he advised me how to get a similiar sound from the shuttle. Boost the bass all the way clockwise, set mids at lowest( all way anti clockwise and boost about 3 o'clock. It was something like that can't find the message it was a while ago.
