    I remember seeing this padded bass cases on Thomann for about £50. Today I've done a search to find they've nearly doubled in price! Looks like the same version that's been around a while. Mmm... Might as well buy a mono now!

    I'm in the market too for something new. Sturdy but comfortable. Like the look of the Gigblade but not enough user reviews out there yet to make an informed decision. I wonder how walking upstairs with this one would be. The mono sleeve looks the slickest solution but the storage flap seems a bit pointless, more looks than usability. Going to be quality though.
