1. My first bass was a cheapo copy make called "Westlake" or something like that. I wanted to play bass because hardly anyone where I lived played bass, they were all playing greenday and other pop-punk sh*te on cheap guitars (Encores) from Argos. Now I find that bass hard to play, the neck is extremely square at the edges making it really uncomfortable, the pick-ups are horrible. Bridge nasty, everything about it was nasty. But I carried on playing it, until I bought my Ibanez, which was alot nicer lol.
2. Still, it be nice to see some pics. Even though I am running out of space in my house for growing numbers of basses and guitars..... But what do ya know lol Someone might be intrested
3. lol, I seen something like that before at a hard rock museum in Florida, triple neck bass. lol they said that the guy who did use it couldn't remember it being his and had to be shown a pic before he remembered
4.
I'ts unlikely that my keyboard player would notice
That seems like a bad thing then lol...... Which is a line I shouldn't be saying on a topic where I'm selling something
5.
Hmmmmm........... bring it in on Monday. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.......................
You can even unplug your bass, walk off stage, get some food or a drink, come back, plug your bass back in and start playing again......... Not sure who'd want to do that.
6. hey, I'm once again trying to get rid of my BOSS. I was selling it for £120, but I'm gonna cut it down to just £100. Its two years old, but looks brand new, could be because its hard enough to withstand a nuclear bomb. Its split into four sections. A "Filter/Tone", a "Drive/Synth", a "Delay/Mod" and last but not least the pedal, which has all your pedal effects including a bass drum which you use the pedal to play a constant bass drum beat, and it also has a not extender, which can hold a note forever if you so wish. You can add a certain grouping of effects to the memory, so you can quickly switch over. Also, there is a chromatic tuner, so you can tune to anything. You can use battery power or a power supply (which I'll be selling it with one). I'll also include the manuals just in case. Thanks guys
7. Wow.... You have a 'cello? And its old, very very old....
8. Well, I have the Fender in question. It's a lovely bass, ever thing is perfect, stays in tune so well, I've only tuned it like 5 times in a couple of months. The only problem is that it is fairly quiet, and isn't active. Where as the Ibanez which is a little bit more expensive (If its the one I'm thinking of), but is Active.
9.
+1 ...and of course being able to take a quick swig from the bottle/glass strategically placed nearby. It's good to be the bass player.
That is so handy, I do it far to often, mainly to get my hair out of my eyes , But I'll normally use the 5th fret from the string above, because it give a fatter sound, like playing E on the B string. Gotta love 5 strings
10. mhm, thanks for the advise, its mainly for recording I need it to be louder. I was having a problem with it earlier today, where it was really quiet whilst recording.
11.
hahaha or buy mine for £20 an sort the problems
What you mean by this?
12. Hey guys, I was just wondering if there is any way I could make my Fender Jazz 5 string Passive any louder. I've raised the pickups, but it still is really quite, so I was wondering if there was anything else I could do?
13. Ah cool, well if I manage to sell my Ibanez or BOSS pedal board, I'll probably look into buying the amp off you XD

*edit*

I'm not sure what the differences are between the two. But I use LE in college, and it isn't my fave choice for recording program. LE is very very bland, and has absolutely nothing fancy, it's there to record and thats what it does.
15. Hey, I'm looking to sell my BOSS ME50B. Its packed with loads of great sounding effects, and is extremely durable. No damage what so ever on it. Will be sold with the adapter. Planning to sell for £120
16. Hey guys, I'm planning on selling my Ibanez GSR200. I've had this bass for roughly 3 to 4 years and its served me well all the time. Though as time moved on I moved up to a 5 string Fender and my Ibanez became redundant in the job of rocking. Well first off, I took a lot of care for this bass and there is quite literally no damage on it what so ever. It is equipped with a single Jazz pickup on the bridge and a pair of precision pickups on the neck, which are passive and loud. The finish is a darkish yellow, which I've now found out is somewhat of a rarity, as it isn't made in the colour anymore. It's an awsome starter bass, and would be great for anyone who wants to start, or has who they want them to play bass. Its a really nice bass. Hoping for £120 Thanks Ps. Here is a pic
