Can u plug 2 basses into the head at the same time? ie: 1 in the jack and the other in the xlr, and then switch between basses, without the need to unplug? and is that bad for the amps innards?
Also if the amp goes down on 1 of the inputs does the other still work? just wondering if I need to buy a back up head if all goes pear shaped 1 night.

Ah well there rest the question Dood, is it because Shuker is the only custom builder uve had time to try? I am as guilty btw
Just watched the Jon Shuker link to the TV programme and just wondered who is the best UK custom bass builder, im obviously biased the GB way, but there are several out there Overwater, Shuker, Status et al..........
I'm not a great fan of Warwicks as u all know, and always considered them a bass for young bass players for some peculiar reason, but these look great.
I wish someone would tell me what the heirarchy in Warwicks ie: which is the best/most expensive models in some sort of value order.
How does it compare to the GB?
Interesting question, simple answer: Nothing compares with a GB!
I've decided to get it refinished, it wasnt bad by any means for a 32 year old bass, then I may keep it as it sounds so good, nobody seemed particularly interested anyway.
perhaps it was a development amp or something where a serial number wasnt asigned, dunno. Mine has the requisite white sticker etc, but urs looks ok other than the sticker albeit a bit beat up which i guess might fit with it possibly being a sample unit or something.

im sure i'll be happier in the long run by stickin with what i know works for me rather than taking a gamble on somethin im not 100% sure on!!

Wow Nice! Ive recently purcheased a PJ Metro from Dangee and its one of the best sounding basses I've ever had so this NYC is gonna kick seriously. Good luck with the sale.
MB1.
I think £850might be a bit steep to be honest for a quick sale
A.its not a red one(not as popular)
B.If it needs tlc its a trip to J.D in Birmingham which again can be costly.
Oh well, will wait and see, no hurry atm.
Oh dear!! Still, Sadowsky Metros aren't something to be sniffed at!
Indeed not, infact I prefer it as it still has the Jazz neck profile.
