GBs main claim to fame as it were was tied up with Mark king using them for a period, as you know of course, and IMHO defines there default sound in some ways, I realise they can do the whole plethora of other sounds but I just think as a default setting GBs being known for there almost hifi sound quality is no bad place to start. Hence the slap switch as its known. Anyways thats just my two pence worth. 2nd or 4th, u gotta have a maple board, GB's are supposed to be bright, and maple boards always help, and the colour contrast will look gr8, are you gonna have the fore arm rest area cutaway to show the layers, think thats always a good touch? Man its gonna look the dogs, nope u should go for no4 thats the bestest, IMHO

I had a split in a skyline neck, mailed Dan and got a new 55-02 neck by return, and i was the 3rd owner! big up Lakland, wish i still had one.
