    How much do you play?! if you give it time to heal and use a plectrum in the meantime will the sore come back as soon as you use your fingers again? I went through a stage of playing non-stop not so long back and my fingers become quite sore, I wrapped a plaster around my fingers, which was an ok temp fix.. but it didn't feel right - i prefer the skin on string feel! It could also come down to your strings, ever considered anything smoother? flatwound for example Alex

    Here I have a great condition USA built Ampeg SVT4 with the 410HLF cab, Both working beautifully as always. I'm not playing in a band at the moment, so whilst my bass life is quiet.. i'm having a little gear switch around. For that reason I will be open to trades, but I really have my eye on something Mesa. **Korg rack tuner and Case not included in the sale of the amp. £650 for Amp £300 for Cab Or £900 for both.     Brought this from cd_david not too long ago, It is almost identical to the Euro 5LX. Only difference being the NS5CR has solid flamed maple wings very much like the american Spector NS range. Neck through, 35" Scale, 24 Frets, Tonepump Preamp The bass has had a professional refinish, which looks outstanding! .. It was born as a natural finish bass - david has the original photos of the bass which i could possibly grab off him if anyone requests. Reason for sale is I want to try another bass, I will be keeping at least one Spector in my reach at all times - these basses are insane. Can't help the gas though!     Great playing, great sound. Iv'e had many basses before I got my first Spector.. which was also a Legend 5. The GAS will never end! I now don't have my legend but I have a NS-5CR and a Euro5LX - and I'm still on the look out for more. No going back for me I don't think!
