1. Just recieved a p bass body, no probs, and quick! cheers.
2. Never a fan till I tried the Non Reverse! works for me!
3. Would consider PX with cash your way for a 1x12 Aggie or similar! or what have you ? can only ask! Remember pick up only.

5. Tokai 1984 currently on it's third fingerboard (ebony) the logo was ruined by the numpty who replaced the first board. Nobody told me in the Eighties that Jaco put marine resin on to preserve the rosewood, and I could never get my ears around flats!
6. I've owned a couple of Precisions from this period, and none have been from 1979! the last one had a serial# earlier than this and had 1981 pots and pups.."stock" unfootered with in the late Eighties! I know some good instruments came from the Seventies, but I haven't seen any yet compared to the quality of the earlier basses and the fact that people are now asking 2K plus for cricket bats with strings amazes me! Early Tokai basses are much closer to the mark as far as playability goes.
7. Can't even give gear away these days!
8. Ashbory mini fretless bass, great sound, if you do any research on these you'll see most players stick a capo or something behind the nut to give a clearer open string sound, I'll include the capo with this. Usual reason for selling, played it for ages when I got it, now just gets ignored as new basses come and go! £150 posted Comes with talc pad for fingers and spare strings.
9. Ashdown Little Giant head 350 watts, these are well known for not having a very powerful pre amp stage, so I bought a Behringer valve preamp to use with it! You get the full output now, very powerful. I had it going through a 2x10 and 1x15 Ampeg and it sounds great! Missing one tiny little button, but button still works fine. Pre amp comes with power supply and you can run a balanced DI out to a desk too. only £140 posted (UK only)
10. Ampeg Classic 115 200 watt bass cab American made, good condition, pick up only from Glasgow.
11. As it says, Peavey 1x15 150 bass cab on castors (one a bit wonky!) was a sub, but x/o removed, so must be useful for someone to leave in a regular gig, or rehearsal space! taking up too much space in the garage! Collect from Glasgow. GONE NOW!
12. 2008 Tobacco Sunburst with changed scrathplate.

Here's mine, very early 76 Marathon with the hole on the headstock as I think they were still using Hayman necks then! Just love the laquer crazing!

Another two of mine, a 1984 Tokai fretless on It's 3rd fingerboard (nobody told me in the Eighties that Jaco put resin on to save neck wear!) Lost logo on 1st replacement, now has an ebony board. 1997 Fender Jap body with an Allparts replacement neck bought as you see it here from King Tut, never has a job been so easy! bolted it on, intonation and action perfect with no adjustments! has now become my #1 gigging bass!
15. Jeez O When will this nonsense end ? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vintage-Fender-Strat...=item45fa2cc07c
16. There's a few folk already bidding for him in the ebay links forum!
17.
Just be glad you're not trying to put a thunderbird down.
It's usually quite easy to put a thunderbird down! (sorry, couldn't help it, don't mean it though!)
18. Has anyone developed a light gig bag stand for a jazz bass yet ? I've bought loads that do Precisions and the like, but they don't like the offset body! Just a thought for the Dragons Den types out there! and I'm in for only 10%
