    Hi, Thanks. I just used a edirol hand held recording device. Can't remember which model it was a few years ago when I recorded this. I'll try and sort out the files so they play.

I play 4 stringers now, shame I couldn't have worked that out before buying a few custom 5/6/7 string basses A 6 string fan would love this bass, it is a true master piece. Good luck with the sale.

    This used to be mine! It is a awesome bass. Les built me a few bases back in the day before he retired. I bought his equipment and have started [url="http://www.13guitarco.com"]http://www.13guitarco.com[/url] under his tutelage. I have a build thread on this forum. A fine example of a fretless bass with all the growl and mwah you could want. It also has some major carving on the bottom bout of the bass. I should try and pry les out of retirement to build a few basses in my workshop. Good luck with the sale.

    Nice, Although I'd change the bottom horn a little. Make it a bit pointier like the top one.

    I've been in touch with rob at weinbrock amps about a bass amp. He says he has a bass amp in production called a MB-5B. It is a 2 channel amp valve amp, 100 watts. Anyone heard about these? I've only heard good things about weinbrock so it could be very interesting! Thanks-paul-

    Yep, she's looking good. If I do say so myself ;-) We should probably decide on a fretboard first as we might have to compromise with the board being so big. As for wood. I'd go for mahogany.

    Thanks Skol, I should be going to the North West guitar show too. It's in haydock race course on the 19th of May. It's a bigger better show so if you cant make the merseyside one go to that one. Well worth a look.
