This was standard line back in 2005-2007. I has angled peghead, but not a Custom Fodera preamp. Also it's a bolt on with black finish on headstock.

Ok, so after few months of thinking, now is the time to sell it. So, this is a Future Impact pedal based on Akai Deep Impact.
