Even if you proved the point in court, that it was not in breach of their rules, they'd still not have to publish your advert on their site.
Yes - I'm afraid eBay are a law unto themselves, this is probably why John Hall gets so frustrated with them and uses the little guy - in this case yours truly - to make an example of and flex his comparitively weak corporate muscle! Having had a fair bit of communication with both Ric and eBay about this matter I now realise I'm in a no win situation. The fact remains however that John Hall did contact me personally to explain his point of view whereas eBay suspended me and sent an automated response.

That first one's a catalogue Kay isn't it? That Indie is dicing with death, the Rickenwaffe's wrath will prevail! :)

How does it sound with both pups full on?
Classic PJ, a really punchy sound with the best of both worlds ie plenty of growl but with an articulate mid range thanks to the SD Jazz pup, the tone control has an incredible range for a passive bass.

  5. Just to answer a few questions - the neck is approximately 43mm at the nut and 64mm at the body pocket, the neck is quite shallow and even up the scale. It's very playable and the laquer has ambered nicely with age, it's great to play and deserves to be played. The markings are all there on the neck and pocket and yes the finish is original. It has two raised pole pieces at the 'A' string and there are metal plates (brass/copper?) under the Precision pickup. The link will show examples of these basses.....
