    Gibson G3 With Original Case and Tags 645GBP ono

    Here is my mega rare Gibson G3 Bass in natural finish with maple neck and maple body. According to the serial it was made in 1978, it is in excellent condition with minimal fretwear. There are the usual 'honourable marks of time' small dings and scuffing to the scratchplate. The bass has all original Bill Lawrence pickups and hardware including the bridge cover. It comes with its original Gibson case and hang tags! This bass has a very versatile pickup system and can get tones from Jazz warmth to Rick treble. The action is very low, medium weight and well balanced. A beautiful bass and reluctant sale due to having to upgrade my heating system. I have three Grabbers and they are all solid reliable basses. As used by Greenday, Nirvana, Kiss, etc. No trades , sorry can't send abroad.

    Here is my Dean Pace Upright Bass in excellent cosmetic and playing condition, this is a great introduction to upright and very transportable. Comes with stand and case. The preamp hums on occasion so I suspect the jack output may need changing or resoldering but this is a minor issue. Recently retrung with black nylon rotos. Specs and review here -

    These are great basses, restoring one at the moment I got from fleabay, needed a refret and new pickup but the neck is lovely, very high quality construction and mega rare. Good luck!

    Here is my beautiful Rickenbacker 4000 bass in azureglow (blue in Rick speak). All original with serial number dating it to 1982. The bass even has the bridge pickup cover! It has the rarer 'wavy' Grover USA machineheads and original mute on the bridge. It has great tonal variation for a single pickup bass from aggressive Squire like tones to Precision warmth. Its a rare bass in this finish and has a set neck which is beautifully set up with a low action, very little fret wear. No issues with either trussrod. Superb tone and balance.

    The bass has very little cosmetic wear with only minor dings to the headstock and grazes to the finish. I love this bass but it really does not fit in with the sound of my band so its not being played. Purchased off here just recently.

    Pickup only due to the value of this item and the fact there isn't a case with it. Although open to negotiation. No non UK buyers (because I won't ship this) sorry! No scammers or timewasters if you are looking at this you know how rare these beasts are. More pics on request. Potential buyers may view the bass by arrangement. Thanks for looking!

    Very nice Status Groove 5 in excellent condition, no issues great tone. Its on Ebay but thought I'd put it here too at the price I paid - 380.

    5 string, 3 piece maple neck with graphite rods,

    rosewood fingerboard,

    thin neck with a fairly flat profile,

    active / passive switch,

    17.5 mm string spacing,

    34 inch scale.

    David bought an Aria Rickenfaker off me and the deal was struck and money paid up very quickly, a little hiccup with the courier no other problems. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with David again.
