  1. Just to be clear. Update to v3.60 and download the v3.60 editor (if you aren’t already using it).
  2. That’s something I’ve never seen before. However, why you are describing sound wise sounds like what happens when old v2 patches haven’t been correctly flushed. If you have your patches backed up, I’d reinstall the firmware and v3.5 factory sound set via the online updater. Check that all works. If so, then load your own patches back on.
  3. Maybe send a screenshot of the patch you’re using.
  4. And do you mean it’s only sending clean when engaged? Is this on all patches? Didi you update to v3 recently and not perform the writing of the factory sound set?
  5. Did you send CC2 at 0 somehow? That will mute the VCF output.
  6. I think Source Audio allow warranty transfer, if I recall correctly from when I proof-read the UltraWave Manual.
  7. You may have worked out a workaround. I’d guess that moving the frequency in the graphical display will simply move the left slider of the flexi slider and the offset will remain constant (unless you bump up against the extremities). Adjust the Q of the frequencies to make the notches narrower. I based my notch placement initially by reading up on the notches of a Phase 90.
  8. Yes, I believe the EQ panel always shows the most-recently accessed view when it is first opened. I’ll need to look at this though as it might cause issues with the flexi if you start trying to interact with it in graphical mode.
  9. The notch spacings are still regulated by the two frequency sliders, even if you can’t actually see the graphical representation thereof, but I can understand your confusion. In fact, I might have written that tutorial before the graphical display was disabled.
  10. To get around this, I’d suggest setting up your notches in the graphical view first to set them to the frequencies you want (either the lowest or highest point), then switch to slider view and add the flexi assignment, then use the secondary slider to set the other end of the frequency sweeps (higher or lower as desired).
  11. Yes, intentional design, as mentioned in the manual. The Flexi interface uses the sliders, so once that is assigned, it locks out the graphical view. Basically at the time, there wasn’t time to come up with a viable solution of how to apply flexis to the graphical view. I had some ideas and suggested them but there were more pressing concerns. It’s something that I hope can be revisited at some point along with some other ideas I have for unlocking other features via the editor. I wouldn’t hold your breath though.
  12. Updated to offer the option to split the case and bass (see amended first post). @dand666
  13. This looks good:
  14. I sold Jodie my OC-5 and it was all smooth and painless. All the details were sorted quickly and payment was prompt. Communication was all timely, friendly and efficient too. Happy to trade again any time. Hope you dig the pedal. Many thanks.
  15. Fair enough, though you could use an FI only using the 9 Deep Impact patches; they are identical (one of the initial design goals) and designed by the original creator using the same core code just with higher resolution in the oscillators.
  16. Get that Deep Impact sold and buy yourself a Future Impact and pocket the change.😀
  17. Afraid not. I’m firmly in the 4-string camp. In fact, I’m in the process of commissioning a Shuker P bass build, as I mentioned to you I might; just finalising specs. Need to shift my lovely Stingray too to help finance it. For anyone looking, Nick is great and you’ll have no problems buying a bass from him; he’s a credit to Basschat.
  18. Would like to see this go to a good home. I’ve decided P bass with a slim nut is my thing and am getting something built so could do with the funds from this to go towards that.
  19. @hiram.k.hackenbacker, what radius did you go for? I’m just in the process of finalising specs with Jon for a build of my own (still need to sort radius, neck wood, pickup and body/pickguard colour).
  20. Someone needs to buy my Stingray, pronto.
