Late night price drop bump... I think it's been more than 36 hours Now £100 Pics as promised (finally) -

Had this just over a year now and it's served me well, but as I've got a MultiComp now I need to move it on. I took it out of service for a wee while as it didn't agree with an 18v supply from eBay, but didn't want to write it off, so it went off to my amp technician, and he discovered what chip had fried, so it's had all of it's chips replaced and a general service too, comes with two 9v batteries but no 18v supply (after that incident it was long gone!) It's essentially like new inside, I've tried it out and it runs flawlessly on battery, and on my tech's 18v supply it ran perfectly as well. As the bottom screws are known for rounding off on the battery compartment, it's also had a new one of them fitted. Looking for £70 ONO or trade for a nice octave pedal Oh and I can post it too at buyer's expense. Or cash on collection from Rochdale / Barnsley areas.

I always go for wave but that's me wanting as good as I can get. If quality isn't a priority then MP3 should be fine

Looking for a 25k stacked pot for Treble and Bass

Check out Thomann, it's where I got mine from. I might still have it knocking around somewhere, though soldered onto my old EMG preamp board. -
Selling this on behalf of my dad Got a Peavey Triumph 120 Valve combo, 1x12 with foot switch. Very good condition and rarely used, it's going as surplus to requirements now. It's a very nice sounding amp whether you want something bright and clean, but it'll quite happily go dirty as well. This one will be collection only unless you want to arrange courier for it, as it's damn heavy! If anyone nicked it the first place I'd be looking was the emergency room as I certainly wouldn't run with it! Again, priced to sell so looking for offers around £250 Pics to follow.

Could do to shift this one on to a good home as it's spending it's days residing in my flat just gathering dust. It's one of the original Roland Keyboard Cube 60s, from the 70s. 1x12 60 Watt combo with two inputs, treble, mid, bass and reverb controls. It's in a fairly good condition, but as you can imagine for it's age, it's also got it's fair share of wear and tear. It's got various marks around it which in no way effect it's performance, however I've photographed the two more significant ones, and there's also a tear in the speaker grille. Though I'm not a smoker and have had it for around 5 years now, I reckon either the last owner was a smoker or it's done the pub and club circuit as the silver covering has gone quite mucky. I've just gone over it with some Mr Muscle oven cleaner though which seems to have shifted a lot of the grime! Priced to sell and given it's quite rare, I'm after £90 for it, collection is preferred but I can post at your risk and cost Pics to follow

Updated rig 1153 with a 300 watt eminence, 2x10 is a 2103x (apparently), but it's running 2 200watt celestions with 2 50 watt 5"s, even though I thought the 2103 is a 300 watt cab? Either way, bloody loud!

It's been upgraded a bit current task is to not shake my apartment complex to bits
It reminds me that many years ago I was part of a world record breaking achievement. We had the most amount of guitarists playing the same song together for the longest time over two cities in the UK. No idea what happened to my certificate though! And speaking of large collections of musicians together, congrats to those who were part of the Stick It To MS event. 800 drummers playing the same rhythms in the same place at the same time. That I bet is an incredible feat! Probably way more harmonious than a visit to the LBGS he he he he!
3 Friends of mine did that, they agreed it wasn't far short of disaster Over 800 mostly amateur drummers playing a simple pattern to a visual metronome is apparently impossible, and then where it comes to the "show off" bit, it was just an eruption of noise They agreed that it's better than 800 guitarists in one room though

Yeah I'd be up for it too, be it in Manchester or Yorkshire. As long as it's a Sunday, working on Saturdays

Just sold a synth to John, as everyone else above has put, top guy and a pleasure to deal with. Cheers John

Okay had it looked at by my dad and he's found the issue, bottom 10" driver's stuffed. Pulled the driver today just to see what it had in, it's got 200 watt 16 Ohm Celestions. Did they ever do an uprated 2x10??

Reviving an old thread a bit here, got a pic of mine (well, my dad's) the other day when testing my newly acquired 2103x out. Now it's been serviced...bloody hell it sounds good

Never tried OBBM, I've got a nice Klotz lead at the moment with Amphenol ends, can't fault it really.

It can entirely depend to be honest, they're very rare and collectible, though to be fair, also pretty bomb proof. I paid £50 for mine from a guy who didn't know what he was selling, gigged it hard for 2 to 3 years, moved it on for a very tidy profit. IF you can find one I'd place the cards around £250 upwards.

Well I went and got the cab yesterday. Something sounded really bad with it, so took a punt not entirely sure how much it'd cost / which drivers were gunna get me. Got it home and first thing I checked was the wiring and broke out the switch cleaner, this has helped massively, so I'm going to run it for a couple of weeks and then see which driver gets worse as there is still an ever so slight crackle lingering

Choosing a Class D head with more than 500W at 4 ohms and no more than £700
goblin replied to Clarky's topic in Amps and Cabs
I like the bass terror too. AD200 front end with a class D rear - lurvely -
I don't know if you're seeing being from up'tarn as a good or bad thing that's definitely a good offer and I'll keep it in mind I'm going looking at the cab on Sunday I think, so I'll keep you posted

Cheers guys, how much would you be asking for the Fanes Stevie?
