It's probably the most versatile pedal I've tried- with the gate, blend, a wide range of drive, and a useful tone control it can do all sorts of distortion and fuzz for bass (and guitar too). Very cool-looking and fun to use - looks and feels like something from a 60's war! Downsides are that it's a little noisy (nothing you'd notice live or in a mix though) and the fact that the blend control is internal (as shown in pic) but nothing to spoil the fun. VGC. Ibanez PD7 - Three drive modes: CLEAN mode - drive knob has no effect but still adds a nice thickness and you can use the dynamics section to add a nice bit of 'clank'.
