nobody has mentioned overwater yet but they make fantastic Jazzes and mine was only £500 more than a Fender artist series but I got a lot more custom options (flame top, matching headstock, ebony board)

When the Cort Space 5 came out, they were £50 cheaper than anywhere else.

I bought my first Fender this year, a MIJ Raw Ash Jazz. If you're anywhere near Worcestershire, you are welcome to give it a whirl.

I would recommend a Fender MIJ limited active jazz if you can find one. I bought one this year for around £1100 in new condition and it's unbelievable.

Fender fever on reverb usually have some lovely instruments.

I decided this morning, after being unable to find a shop with stock,  to order the MIJ ‘Noir’ only to find that over Christmas it had Sold Out.
