Recently I bought the Eich T1000 (Pride) amp; check the pics below).

When I try to connect the two cabs (112 XS -8) to it (using the genuine Eich cables), the connection is very poor; sometimes there is no sound at all, and when I twist/move the plug (when it is still in het chassis) the sound comes -crackling though- through. There is also more "play" between the plug and the left socket compared to the other (right) socket on the cabs.  The problem is less persistent using the other (right) socket. Therefor it seems to me that the (left) Speakon socket (all Neutrik) is worn out or something.

What do you think I should do here?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

Is the plug on your cable genuine Neutrik? There are some truly poor knock-offs about that fit badly. If not, try a real one and see if that improves matters. Those on the amp look genuine. They are good for many thousand insertions (ooer, etc). I've never had one wear out. You might also check the connections in the plugs are good. Just unscrew the locking collar and you'll be able to get inside to check.
