This would be at the Clapham village hall in Clapham https://claphamcumnewbyvillagehall.org.uk/ We are on the NW tip of North Yorkshire, 20 mins from the M6. Parking is easy and we will have the whole hall again from 08:00 to 18:00. Now booked for Saturday April 25th 2026. You all know the form, please let me know if you can attend. There are no costs for the hall or for food as it's been sponsored We can easily accommodate 16-20 people, if it gets too crowded, we'll simply ask @neepheid to put some of his 93 sparkly basses back in his car. If you are coming a long way, we can accommodate a few people overnight in relative comfort to save you booking a hotel and thereby saving money. I'm sure the dog won't mind. No gigs for next year booked so far so I could make myself unavailable if a date for this was decided on. Really enjoyed last years bash and would love to attend another! Quote

neepheid Posted January 2 Posted January 2 (edited) Aye, it would be good to get this pinned down, in case of any further pesky gigs entering the calendar. To reiterate, I can do the following: Saturday April 25th 2026 Sunday April 26th 2026 Saturday May 9th 2026 Sunday May 10th 2026 Sunday May 17th 2026 At a push I could do April 19th - got a gig on the 17th so it's theoretically doable. Also, because it's looking like this will be the only bash I can attend this year (gigs have nixed all the others ), I will bring the entire kit and kaboodle. It's only just down the road, lol. I'm having to juggle major birthdays, holidays, exams and work to find a day that's best for everybody. It's Saturday April 25th all day. That seems to meet most people’s requirements.
