2 year warranty. 

They're big and heavy but they're truly awesome. It's a properly scary amp. One of the few valve amps that has both valve and solid state preamps. 

 

It's an absolute bargain IMO. Straight from the manufacturer.

Absolute bargain! These are seriously monster amps and the matching cabs were stellar (still rocking my Nexus 410). Can't justify an amp this heavy these days myself but boy that's a cracking deal for someone!

Shame it's not the FET version I'd have snapped it up by now, hah!

That's a really good point.

3x ECC83 @ £23 = £69

1x 12BH7 @ £26

8x KT88 @ £40 = £320

 

Total= £415 in valves.

 

That's based on JJs, you could go 8x Gold Lion KT88 @ £80 = £640. Plus some spendy preamp valves taking the valves up to a total of £800+

 

Then you've got the labour on top at prob £200.

 

It's a veritable bargain.

 

It's cheaper for me to buy this than to revalve the one I have.

mostly this, though ive a few nexus cabs. This is 4 ohm 56lbd and makes the laney a semi practical option. Other than its aabbsurddly loud

In reality way too heavy. We were doing a lot of shared quick turn over gigs and festivals and it was impractical for that. It's such a thing of beauty that you really want to protect it when you get one, and buy a hard case, and it's the case ironically that makes them very heavy. 

If I was still playing backline I'd have one again in a heart beat. Great amps. And Laney were great too with any questions etc.
