Tonally it’s far more versatile and enjoyable than either the Stingray or Sterling that I’ve previously owned. The_D Posted May 22, 2009 Share Posted May 22, 2009 That is a purdy G&L. I always like the blue burst. Prob even slightly more than my cherry burst one. Gotta agree on the variety of tones available. I dont have much experience with other basses as I only have a MIM jazz and a Westone Thunder but this beats the hell out of them and my mates Jap P bass I got a shot of once.
