silverfoxnik Posted November 25, 2020 Posted November 25, 2020 Gorgeous.. Having owned a late 80s/early 90s Tobias Classic 5 string, I have no doubt at all that this will be a similarly brilliant bass! GLWTS 😊
will4bass Posted November 25, 2020 Posted November 25, 2020 Nice one. Spacing 18mm? Weight? OHSC? Thank you!

chateauabovall Posted January 18, 2021 Posted January 18, 2021 Oooppss too fast! Apologies: now i can see them.
mrbassman_de Posted January 27, 2021 Posted January 27, 2021 That is a wonderful bass in excellent condition for this age ! The top seems to me more like Ebony which should contribute to an overall quicker response.. What are the two switches for ? The original TCT Preamp had no switches. Anyway a piece of history ! And one of the nicest bass designs ever imho... 1
wiesb001 Posted January 29, 2021 Author Posted January 29, 2021 That's correct, they made long ago two modifications the first one is a passief/active switch and the secound one gives extra boost on the mid frequentie.
sselterf Posted January 29, 2021 Posted January 29, 2021 In between the Signature and the Basic model, the Classics were the best. IMHO
