hi guv , had u had any experience with the difference in tone and response compared to the ebs neo cabs?

i gather these cabs are heavier but would u say the weight is a better trade for the better sound?

kindest regards

ziggy

Hi Ziggy

I've used both, and they are heavier, but the Prolines have noticeably more headroom and heft than the Neos. The high end on the Neos also sounded a lot more brittle to my ears. Definitely worth the extra weight, IMHO!

well i am willing to pay 30-35 pounds, if you don't mind to check

The best quote I could find for shipping to Greece was £35 for *each* speaker, uninsured. Shipping them as one package was over £200 because of the combined weight.

The Classic T90 90W Tube Bass Amp Head is developed by amp experts with more than 20 years experience from building exclusive tube amps for hi-fi and guitar. The result is a hand-crafted tube amp that will exceed any expectations with tone and power. The 90 tube-Watts makes the EBS Classic T90 a perfect amp for the studio, especially since it comes with a direct driven balanced tube output. The amp is also very well suited for use in live situations. The specially designed transformers are over-dimensioned and all materials are carefully selected to perform at a maximum level - at all times. The amp has a separate input for active and passive instruments and a separate output for 4 Ohms and 8 Ohms speaker cabinets.
The control panel has a classic style layout with controls for Volume, Bass, Treble and Presence. Selling my EBS Uni Chorus SE as it's getting very little time on my pedalboard. Bought from the Bass Gallery, London for a specific project a few years ago and has had light use since. This is the 'Black Label Studio Edition' and as expected from EBS it is really quiet, well built and has a surprisingly versatile range of sounds.
For any 90s Acid Jazz fans this pedal was once owned by the great bassist Julian Crampton of Incognito.
In very good/near mint condition with the original box.
UK postage is included in the price.
