Me And My Bass Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 Anyone else had a run in with these guys? I cant seem to get a hold of them to chase up a Ciok power supply i bought from them! Paid for 1st class delivery over a week ago . . . no power supply! If it gives you peace of mind, they are also a physical shop in Nottingham who have been there for a good ten years. I'll bet their systems are down or something. I get the feeling they realise they have mucked up. Still a bit unprofessional not to reply to any of my emails over a week. Tbh I think I would rather have a refund to order it from Thomann.
