If JJ says he`s Mark King, he`s Mark King. I`m not telling him otherwise!

Hes using it for the 4 x 10 & the ABM for the 1 x 15 , personally I think you can get just as good a sound with just the ABM .

Changed his tune (so to speak), I remember JJ dissing the Mark King style and sound a few years ago in BG magazine. I'll dig it out for exact quote

He still can, it's his opinion.

Using a MK500 will not make you (or JJB, or anyone else) sound like Mark King! :D

Both used Trace back in the day so the MK500 follows that tradition. Found the quote from '04.
"I once told Mark King, 'the trouble with your band is you need a bass player!'"
Fair enough
[/quote]

MK has got bass on a backing track. That close enough?
