Take a look at some of his other listings and postage charges - some are ok but others for things like guitars and a cycle and a trumpet are as crazy as his guitar listings. I know others have reported this seller for inflated shipping charges, and I've just reported him again. I don't expect anything will change though. If he doesn't want to accept PayPal and so not pay the commission why not just say 'cash on delivery preferred'? That's what I've done previously and never had any problems at all.
