Was a pleasure to deal with, appreciated even more as he was dealing with family emergencies at the time. Loving the bass too! Was really well packed, and came when and as described. Didn't need it but after paying full price for one a few months ago I really couldn't pass it up. Ben made it so simple - arrived safely packed within days.
