iang265 Posted June 8, 2013 Share Posted June 8, 2013 Hi, I just wanted to pop my head around the corner and say hello. I'm Ian, 28, currently living in Sheffield. I've been playing guitar since '99 but recently decided to pick up the bass to switch things up a bit and ultimately start a new music venture with a friend who needs a bassist. My first bass, purchased 2 weeks ago, is an Epiphone Thunderbird I found on GumTree for £100. It feels like an absolute weapon compared to the Strat's & Tele's that I'm used too; it's definitely given me the bass bug in any case I look forward to learning from you all and hopefully contribute a little a long the way.
