such Posted July 18, 2012 Share Posted July 18, 2012 Well... As standard, 5- and 6-string SS1 have a 20mm spacing at the bridge. It can be adjusted +/- a couple mm, but a 5- or 6-string Streamer Stage 1 will have a noticeably wider neck than say a 5- or 6-string Streamer LX. Fact. [/quote] Yes. I think if you look through the custom shop gallery on their website you can see some broadnecks and some standard spacing and you can see the difference in the tail piece. Warwick_Official Posted July 18, 2012 Share Posted July 18, 2012 (edited) The Streamer Stage 1 5 & 6 string models come standard as a Broadneck, meaning 20mm spacing at the bridge. 19mm is the standard spacing for 4 string basses, and other 5 & 6 string models come with a 16.5mm string spacing as standard. Broadneck (20mm, 4 string spacing) on Stage I, that's the main difference with the serial (non Custom shop) Streamers : Stage II, LX... Optimal ergonomy for slapping.
