It was great in its day though.
I remember when it came out , to actually see someone explaining this weird concept of "thumping" was GREAT !
Also seeing the Jeff Berlin one as well was an eye opener , colutia on drums , gambale on guitar .
Great memories .

LJ is great but not one to follow as his style is very much his own..plus he beats his hands up so much that
you'll be storing up so much trouble for them later, IMV :lol:

But sure, his work with Quncy Jones' production house was defintive of the time, pretty much.

I used to have this - gave it away to one of the guys in the band whose son is a bass player.

Agree with Doddy - not a great video (the Alexis Sklarevski one is much better IMO).

Not to mention you'll need a new bass every 3 months.. That guy beat the hell out of that MusicMan.
