I'd agree with the others though, we do acoustic stuff sometimes, I have a little 10w practice amp that I take. It doesn't sound great, but I can hear what I'm playing and I take my big amp to gigs so it doesn't matter if it's the right tone when it's just the 4 of us. You can't say 27kgs is a lightweight cab[/quote] My GB STL9.0+STL12T weight a total of 11kg... with 300W available... i think THAT'S light! back on topic: for £50 in the sales section any amp with quality sound (this is the most important) will do just fine! I've used my Boxer15 on stage with a (quiet) drumer, two acoustic guitars and two voices monitored and the bass could be heard on stage by everybody! The audience only heard FOH though... So 15W is good, 30W is even better! etc... You just need to find a make that suits your tone needs!
