I need something long(ish), probably about 2 or 3 metres, and preferably with a right angled jack. Thing is, I can't afford anything stupidly expensive. About £15-20. ahpook Posted January 17, 2008 Share Posted January 17, 2008 (edited) no to be the heathen here, but get yourself to maplins, buy some van damme cable and a couple of neutriks and learn how to solder. i don't use any bass lead i haven't made myself...some of them have been going for 10 years plus. and if you've made them, you can repair them...i've been at gigs with my soldering kit and repaired other people's leads (and guitars) for them. it normally gets you free beers all night !!!! I've bought about 5 off him. These usually retail for about £25 over here, but I get them for about £11-15 inc p&p. They do take a little while to arrive (over a week usually), but it does represent a great bargain. If you are interested, bid about £10... no-one will bid over that.
