1. Hi mate, interested ina trade for a yamaha rbx 375?
2. would you consider any trades along the lines of a peavey tnt combo or a yamaha rbx bass?
3. Hi all, want to get a decent head so this will have to go. In very good condition and never been pumped hard in its life. more info on the peavey site : http://www.peavey.com/products/browse.cfm/...NT®%20115.cfm Not looking to sell (unless the right offer comes up) but looking to trade for a decent head or power amp (looking to power 700w into 4 ohms bot not crucial it has to be this) Or maybe a multifx unit and some cash going my way. Would prefer collection from me in cornwall but a courier could be arranged at the cost of whoever takes it. cheers
4. Hey all, recently bought a j retro off these forums. Unfortunatley when i bought them i forgot about the amount of space in the cavity. I already have a set of active emg pickups in my j bass which run off a 9v battery. Would it be possible to run both the j retro and the emg pickups off the same battery or would routing the body to fit another battery in be the only option available if i was to do this? thanks very much, Nick
5. That is a mighty fine beast, what pickups is it you have in there on it?
6. sounds a beauty, can't wait to see the pics
7. Is anyone travelling to the bass bash from the south west area?

I just bought one brand spankers in the packaging for £27 plus £7 postage, much cheaper than I could find second hand on fleabay! Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Thursday........Amazing!!! What a result.
did you get hit with the other import charges mate?
9.
Hi Deep Thought - probably not as deep as you - I can see England from the upstairs window. Still, glad to be living in Cornwall. Thanks for the welcome.
another cornishman . where abouts are you from man?
10. ooo so tempting.... but think il have to stick with the P bass. free bump anyway
11. Think he's talking about the Line6 bass floor pod mate, not the Line6 bass podxt live. It's essentially just the cheaper version of it and from what i hear is very lacking for the price you pay. Though ive never even seen one in real life so can't comment myself
12. Recently just found this curt corbow over at imuso http://www.imuso.co.uk/ProductDetail.asp?StockCode=EG01929 wandering what people reckoned of them? are they identical to the canyon series done by tanglewood? as the only one ive played (canyon III) i instantly fell in love with, and may seriously consider getting this if its the same. cheers
13. If its only new bass players that have come to light in the 00ies, then my vote would be for Chris Wolstenholme (if thats how you spell it haha)
14. Thanks for the info man, so overall you'd say the pod is better and worth the difference in price? theres a podxt here for sale on the forums for pretty cheap, thinkin bout getting that and then buying a cheap midi board after. Or would it be better to go with the live straight off do you think?
15. what about say a badass2, some pretty cheap ones from america for like 33 quid, would it be cheaper to buy it in the uk still?
16. hey, has anyone here got a korg ax3000b? if so how are the preamp models on it? if they turn out ot be naff il get a line6 podxt, as this would be my main use but the korg is so much cheaper and has the expression pedal. cheers, Nick
