  1. Thank you for your feedback Sean, we are sorry for some experiences you have had in the past. We have been over stretched here for a long, long time now, but have just taken on another full-time member of staff, we have also just improved our warehousing and stock control systems. This should take a lot of pressure from our colleagues which will give them more time and to deal with all situations in the best way possible. We are also implementing an appointment based system, which will allow more one on one time with our customers, again allowing for a way better standard of service. Apologies again, hopefully we can welcome you back as a customer someday BD
  2. The previous customer was a slapper too
  3. Awesome! I remember that bass and its previous owner, setup like a dream
  4. Sorry to hear this Sean, we really try our best, but a lot of the time in the past we have been on the backfoot due to being spread extremely thin. This is all changing right now and we can't wait to provide a better service to all of our customers and with more efficiency too
  5. This is really exciting times for us We have taken on a much bigger unit next door to relocate all of our stocks of accessories, basses not on display, used amplification etc, making picking a packing a lot easier and more efficient. We are also taking on another full time member of staff and introducing new processes to make things a lot more customer orientated/focused. All in all it will be a MUCH nicer place to be with some comforts too, we really hope you love the changes guys and look forward to seeing you soon
  6. Awesome bass, I really hope you enjoy it

  14. You will be paying for the nitro finish, hand aging, signature, exclusivity etc etc... And yes Pino does still play his I think now is a good time, I have had a LOT of customers chasing for fretless StingRay basses over the years, especially one that gives a nod back to the Pre-EB basses that Pino plays.
  15. Interesting, he made his name playing one in the early 80's, long before the switch over to a P with flats...
  16. They still sell, so there is that
  17. Things change, prices go up, these aren't much more than a StingRay Retro
