1. Looks good Andy. Just got to shift your *other* SWR rig now!

 4.
Have to say i don't know! Is there a different model number?
No I don't think so, but it's worth checking.
 5.
Yeah it's cool, i'll need to get in there to test everything out before selling it anyways so taking pics of everything whilst i'm there makes sense. I'll have a chat to em soon
I've spoken to my guys and we're really keen for the mixer and amp. Is the mixer the USB/Cubase version?
 6.
I'll try to get in the storage room to get pics next week
Don't go out of your way on my account. Tell you what, speak to the guys about one amp and the mixer for me? It probably makes more sense for us to source some subs locally.
 7.
Could post but it might end up being quite expensive! Packing the QSC and desk together and sending it with Interparcel/Parcelbee might be the way to go on that one I'll try to get pics but it might be a while as they're in storage and our drummer has the key I'll have a chat to the guys about any discounts as it's between the 3 of us
That's fine, as long as I have first dibs. I've done a quick google for details of the subs but to no avail; any more detail on them? Cheers Gareth

 11.
I think I'm having one of those "mid life" moments - just want to free up some money and get a new project underway. The gigs aren't paying enough these days. And the car is getting older...kids are getting bigger...etc etc There will be a lot more stuff going in the next few weeks...
I hear you on that one. I've just put my NL210 and Fylde bouzouki up for sale, and I'm even contemplating letting the Wal go (it won't be cheap though)!
 12. Duncan, what on earth are you doing selling this??!!!!!
 13. Pretty much mint condition and with an EA padded cover. Woofer: 2 Custom Neodymium Kevlar 10" Tweeter: 1" Phenolic Compression Driver with level control on rear Frequency Response: 45Hz to 14kHz Sensitivity: 100dB @ 1m Sound Pressure Level: 127dB @ 1m Power Handling: 500 watts Impedance: 8 ohm Connection: Two Speakon Jacks Size: 22.5"H x 17"W x 15"D Weight: 44 lbs These are £800 new, plus another £80 for the cover. I'm looking for just £375, collected from NE Hampshire please.
 14. Good plan, I shall do that. Thanks again.
 15. Thanks for that Stevie. Yes, had a pair years ago and these were so cheap I just figured they'd be good to have around. Not using the controller though; all it was in reality was a fixed eq and they sound perfectly good without it. So what do you reckon power-wise, 500 watts into each?
 16. Hi guys I just got hold of a pair of Bose 802 speakers and was wondering what would make a good match for them amp-wise. The specifications are as follows: 8 ohms impedance 240w Continuous - 320w Peak power rating 55Hz to 16kHz ± 3dB frequency response 99 dB SPL ( 1 W, 1 m, 300 Hz - 3kHz ) 92 dB SPL ( 1 W, 1 m, 50 Hz - 16kHz pink noise ) sensitivity Probably won't be running subs with them. They'll typically be amplifying the following: 4 vocals 1 keyboard 4 acoustic guitars, mandolin and banjo (not all at the same time) Drums will be unmiced and my bass will use backline Any suggestions? Cheers Gareth
 17.
As a LMK user, I'm keen to hear your thoughts on this. I've always heard good things about SWR and this has caught my eye. FP
I haven't had a chance to plug it in yet, but aim to give it a good run tomorrow.
 18.
Great to see another bass player who also a bouzouki player, or are you soon to be an ex bouzouki player?
Well, I don't want to be an ex-player, but I could do with the cash right now.
 19. By "white bit" you mean the nut? Have you changed brand or gauge recently? If so the string may be a touch loose in the nut and you'll need to pad it out a bit; a piece of paper under the string or an elastic band (or hairband!) around the headstock at the nut can both work well as a cheap and simple fix.
 20. EA Micro head into a Wizzy 10 cab - a 550 watt rig weighing just 19lbs for the two EA even make a backpack to put them both in!

 22. Pull the string up once you have inserted it but before you push the pin down hard. The ball end should be pressed up against the bridge plate.
 23. I absolutely love this, but I could do with some spare wedge at the moment, so I'm putting it up for sale at £650 posted, or collected/delivered NE Hampshire or Central London. From 2003, it's in superb condition. Comes with a very nice hard shell case. No pickup fitted. THIS IS NOW SOLD
