8. I'm off on a small tour abroad in May, and won't have my own trusty Markbass backline with me, and I'm not sure what I'll end up being presented with. So with this in mind, I bought a Markbass Superbooster to act as a DI pedal through a PA, or as a pedal through whatever backline I am offered. The Superbooster has the VLE & VPF controls and a "volume booster". I had thought about taking this with my Bass pod, to cover all eventualities. (I will be taking a passive bass on this tour by the way). However, I see a lot of people seem to use the Tech 21 Sansamp as a DI option. And having looked at them on line, they do seem to offer more control (ie volume, 3 band Eq, drive, etc). A bass player I played with recently came over from the States with her Sansamp, didn't bother with backline, even though I offered her a choice of Markbass, Trace, or Ampeg backline. Any comparisons, recommendations, thoughts? The Markbass pedal has not been used yet. Thanks for any assistance, John

 10. Want to buy a twin channel preamp to mix my mag and piezo pups on my DB. Had one of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/K-K-Dual-Channel-Pro...6e#ht_604wt_932 and it was terrific, so would like another. But if you have something that will do the job as well, then please feel free to offer it. Don't particularly want a small mixer, would prefer something I can belt clip onto my....belt, or velcro on to the bass. Many thanks, John
It's been discussed before
I was exchanging messages with the original seller who had it made by a guy at the Overwater factory. I bid £200, and someone won it for £220 I think, and he lives near me! Pretty gutted I missed out.
 18. Bob, happy to send my schaller out to you to borrow, but will need you to tell me today so I can send it next day delivery. John
 19.
............................................No hurry to sell - should I put your name on it
I would rather wait to see how things pan out than waste your Tim. It's a bass that caught my eye, but don't really need Mike, I just want. But thanks for the offer, that is kind. I'm having something built for me, and final costs can fluctuate, hence my hesitancy to commit until I know where the moolah falls. Didn't mean to tease...
 20.
Count me in - i can try and support if you like? 22.
Having just aquired 5 & 6 string Shukers, I suspect this is now redundant..Awesome bass with piano tones..No issues..Lakky neck is a joy to play..Balances very well hence does not feel as heavy as I thought it would [lighter than my 70's Jazz!]....£350 + p&p....link to original thread...........http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=112414....................
I wanted this when Jack put it up before. Got one or two expenses (bass related) to meet this month. If this is around after that, I think you could have a sale.
 23.
PM sent.
And replied & sold.
