    Ever had one of those days when it's only mid-morning, and already you just want to climb into bed, pull the duvet over your head and pretend it never f***ing happened? :( :(

      My 18 month old daughter has been waking every morning (without fail) between 5 - 6am. I'd sleep for weeks if I could.

      That doesn't get much better mate! My boys are 6 and 8 and are awake at 6 (or before it!) EVERY SINGLE DAY. They don't know the meaning of quiet either...

      I'm up every two hours or so during the night with care duties.  It's been that way for nearly eighteen months now.  I don't remember what it is like to have a lie-in or a day-off either.

      You have my sympathy but it could be worse.
