An awesome amp in fantastic condition. Has had very little use and is a made in the UK limited edition finished in pale blue. Is in perfect working order and comes in a Rhino foam filled flight-case. Collection from South Wales.

Hi all. I need a Stingray for a new tribute band I've joined and as much as I can't believe I'd ever let go of this bass, it's not getting played. It's in great condition and sounds thunderous and plays amazingly. Aside from a few surface scratches and a couple of dings, she's in really great shape for her age. The bass still has the 'Made in Japan' sticker on the back of the headstock (see pics). This is the same model that Cliff Burton used to record and tour the Master of Puppets album. It is very similar to the now discontinied Cliff Burton Signature bass that retailed at £3999 recently (see bottom pic). It took me ages to find one. They are very rare! Some people have paid upwards of a thousand pound for one to be imported from Japan, where these models are still rare. I'm ideally looking to trade for a Sunburst or similar Stingray with maple neck, but will consider any other similar ones. I really won't mind not letting her go so am quite specific in what I'm looking to trade for. I'm based in South Wales.

I can't imagine how amazing this sounds. I had a regular 2 Pro and have always regretted selling it! They are an amp everone should own once!

Why is this still here? I've played through one of these and they're awesome. Light, loud and great tone and power. I'd have it myself if I didn't have a supertwin.

Awesome little amp in mint condition. Works perfectly and the valves have just been changed. Comes in fab Castle custom case that cost £107 new. Has had very little use as always kept as back up. New project means new equipment needed, hence the sale. Also includes the soft carry bag. No offers on price please as this is a bargain! Barry/Cardiff based. Awesome bass as you'd expect. A 1984, 62 reissue Jazz in black. All original and in fantastic order. Few dings etc, all character building! Just set up by master luthier Dave Dearneley, who loved it. An excellent example of an SB bass in fantastic condition. Only selling as I was so impressed with it, I broke the bank and bought an SB Black and Gold. So, now I have two extremely similar basses again, which was my new year resolution not to do!! Plays and sounds brilliant with a low action and great tone. Nice wide neck and great string spacing. This is a great price as I'm selling it for what I paid. No offers please. May consider trade for Precision or similar. South Wales area. An awesome example of the heralded JV Series. Was kept in storage for decades by the previous owner who bought it new in 1983. As you can see, it was made on November 1st 1982. The only thing that is not original are the pickups. She has brand new USA Fender 62s now but the originals are included in the sale. The bass plays and sounds amazing and has few signs of wear for a vintage instrument. Will trade for an Aria Pro 2 Black and Gold SB 1000. South Wales area. Have box to send if required.
