Pm'd and emailed.
No trade to offer other than a Jaydee, but i'll buy it outright. -
doh....grrr.
Knew it wouldn't be around long. -
crying into my cornflakes!
But mr bongo will be happy, and that makes my day. -
Agreed, Potato.
If i had spare cash this bass would be a gonner.
I can't believe it's still here! -
phew, if this was oly white or sunburst, i'd have spent up by now!
Black is cool, just not what i'm after, best of luck mate! -

NO! It's the initial run before they added the block inlays etc.
It's beautiful, so get over it. -

I'm not skint, but i feel awful for having this amazing bass sat around...
And my Fender Addiction is a problem. -
I've sold plenty of these, and had no issues.
The only ones I've returned have been smashed in transit.
I like them.
I'm considering an MB60 for the house.
Ugly, and a bit cheap looking, but love the sounds.... -
£650 plus shipping.
-
Price now includes semi-hard case, think Gator lightweight.
I got the case in a trade, and I don't need it, it's probably worth about £50.
I played this today, it is still amazing... -
F*ck times 10....
That is very very pretty.
Erm. I may be in touch tomorrow.
Doh, damn Fender Japan. -
The factory is 'Grand Reward Education and Entertainment'.
Made in Guang Dong Province, South China.
Very nice guys, great guitar builders, glad Fender have found them,
Their own brand Jazz Copy the FJB-6 Is unbeliveable for little more than £200.
The Classic Vibes are doing Squier Proud, i hope the Vintage modifieds end up there! -
Verdict....it's the same as the normal classic vibe....
The Lake Placid Blue is an amazing rendition though, as nice as my USA 75 Reissue...
I think they're great, playing both basses side by side, i got lost for five minutes.
Only thing i'd change? Pickups are a bit harsh with the tone control fully open...
I'll consider the J.Johnston for the body of my franken fretless i have planned.
As a note the, the JJ doesn't sport a thumbrest as in the pictures on the website, unlike the other Cv's where i feel it gets in the way.
I'd say buy it, but only if you need LPB (like i always do) and you can justify the £40 or so difference.
If you think about it, Musicman charge £70 extra for a matching headstock, so it ain't too bad really! -
Just got one in my shop...i'll let you know when it comes out of the box.
I'm thinking it may end up at my house with a fretless status neck on it....
Also, the factory where the Cv's are made, make some of the most amazing basses. -
feck me, bargain...
Shame you arent after trades.
Best of luck. -
if my three basses sell beforethis goes...i'll be in trouble, amazing.
-
wawaaaaa! Amazing bass...
I can't afford it, but...wow. -
hmmmmmmm...
Blue basses make me feel happy.
I don't think my other half would let me live if i even thought about buying this.
It's beautiful! -
hmmm, do i need a rack tuner...
-
Allparts have only just got back to me, £46.99 plus £5.99 shipping for the saddles,on XE.com, £77.50 is about £46 at the moment.
So, buying bits from the uk is out of the window for now.
Best bass gear indeed. Cheaper to ship from a guy in the US! -
i've replied to the PM, cheers.
