I noticed this also, I assume it will go for quite cheap and someone will get a complete bargain as it's collection only and not many people have heard of 8x8s. Do ampeg still make them?

Cheers ped! Yes the cab was a bit of a find, managed to bag the head and cab for a humble 200 notes! Was chuffed as the cab was discontinued as far as I'm aware. I can see why though, as it weighs about as much as a four bedroom house.

Planet Waves cables Boss pedals etcccccccc I am in second year of college studying A2 levels in English Language and Literature - Music Technology - ICT. I also dabble with a bit of guitar and piano. Looks stunning but my experience with these bass has involved the pickups sounding abismal. May just have been the one I tried.
