2. Welcome to Basschat I'm in South Carolina as I type, but normally from England. Just here for a few days and can't keep away from Basschat!
3. Welcome to Basschat
4. Welcome to Basschat
5. Welcome David
6. Welcome
7. Hi Nick & welcome. You should post pics of your collection in our Gear Porn section
8. Probably after my first upright gig where I was told I was one of those "clever b**tard musicians". I kept saying, "no, really, I'm not!" I've also been asked a couple of times if I have a day job. Some people don't fully appreciate the cost of living, do they?
9. Congrats. Always nice to see Basschatters doing well
10. Awesome news, well done that man!
11. Welcome
12. Welcome Dean Joining a band will help you. Playing with others is what musis is all about
13. My drummer never knows what key he is in. At least he doesn't rely on a capo!
14. Hello & indeed welcome

Hi

Hi Chris & Welcome
16. I think it might be worth pointing out that these are the opinions of experienced players. If buying for the first time you should always try before you buy
17. I think his playing is bang on the money. This thread has it all for me - Dylan, McGuinn & I loved the Wilburys too
18. Hi Dave Nice introduction & welcome
19. Bumping for Betsey Trotwood in London on Friday. A record company showcase of 6 great Americana bands from our new label Clubhouse Records. Free entry & we hit the stage around 8.30pm.
20. I think my GAS peaked from 2004-2008. The last 18 months has been much calmer and right now there is nothing I feel strongly enough to buy. Those Hagstrom Viking basses look great but then I think I have a Hofner Verithin so the desire to own goes away. I'm into the idea of having a smaller number of instruments that all get regularly played and it's a good place to be.
21. Horses for courses, mine is great
22. Love mine *I mention it just on the off chance anyone wanted that BurritoBass sound
23. Good lord! And they even have a Precision!
