1. As part of my clearing-out-and-selling-stuff-a-thon I have two bass effects pedals. Boss ODB-3 looking for £45.00 delivered Boss CEB-3 looking for £45.00 delivered. I'm happy to accept £80 for the pair delivered if anyone wants both. They're both in mint condition with the original boxes. Edit: Photoosssss I also have a multi effects pedal power thingie which is basically a plug with a daisy chain of 9v connectors and other specialist connectors that can be swapped and changed, I'm happy to part with it for the princely sum of £15 plus postage, it's handy especially if you don't want to rely on batteries and you have some pedals that have only the 9v battery snap as a power source (big pi muffs etc). No pic of that but again I'll try to sort one asap. As per, any offers considered. Selling because of move. Thanks for looking
2. I'm also (in addition to my one true love) flogging my Vintage 940FL bass. It's great fun to play and sounds good through a big stack. One of the tuning pegs has got stuck so it's possible that a replacement might need to be found but I haven't investigated it properly. This one does not have a case with it but I will package it like a champion and ensure it is sent insured. I'm looking for £125 + postage (due to the faulty tuner) but otherwise the bass has a good set of strings and all the electronics are in order. edit: photosssssssss Thanks for looking
3. Ok so I didn't ebay it, but moving home next month says now I really will have to! Somebody must be interested, it plays beautifully, is a bit like a cort curbow and has a wenge top. comes with hard case and spare set of strings. Ideally I'd like £700 but feel free to make an offer. I really want it to go to a good home! Cheers for looking.
4. One last bump, going to have to ebay I'd rather it went to a loving home though!
5. Loved for years now, but times are hard and unfortunately the bass has to go, I want it to go to a loving home as I've had such a great time owning and playing it. As far as I'm aware it's the only one of this model available in a black stain finish and it's beautiful, I bought it from Cranes in Cardiff where they had it as a demo model for the range that came out shortly after in a driftwood-looking finish. It's 6-strings with a nice low action and clear sound. It does have a knock to the back of the neck, where at a gig I stupidly bumped it on a mic stand, I'll put a picture of the knock up but it dosn't effect the instrument in any way and it's on the back so not visible to anyone other than the player. It comes with a hard case and a spare set of Rotosound strings, and a spare battery. Strap included with straplocks. Edit: Better photos! the back of the neck shows a small dink in the wood which would need re-staining, but it's not a hindrance to playing. Thanks for looking

I bought a boss odb-3 pedal from him and it was completely hassle-free and sent straight away. Thanks
7.
question is....does it come with a kettle lead ?
Haha!
8. I wanted a five string but the prototype one I bought happened to have six strings, I now use the C to avoid moving my hand around as much up the neck
9. Nice one, that bass looks wicked!
10. I bought one of their sixers just because it was cheap I recently sold it because I am mega skint but it wasn't that bad. edit: don't get me wrong, I didn't believe for a second that it was handmade or exclusive etc, I just wanted to learn the six string bass and didn't want to spend loads on something I might not have got on with
11. little big muff still going?
12.
google
helpful... I have looked all over google and found some dodgy schematics and some blurry small pictures of the insides of the unit, I'm asking for a nice detailed picture if anyone has one.
13. hahaha! I really need to word my posts more carefully
14. Would someone be so kind as to open their big muff, take a picture of the circuit board and post it please? I'm having a mare with my one that I bought not working and after replacing the faulty footswitch STILL doesn't work- all the transistors are fine so next suspects are the caps, helpfully none of them are marked with rating so I have to go with dubious schematics on the web. Anyone who can help me out is a star
15.
Now I've sussed it out a bit, it's great fun!. Before that, it was very useful for gigs but I wasn't using it anywhere near it's true potential. Even now, I'm probably scraping the surface of what it can do, but it's getting better the more I use it..
Absolutely, it's a case of building a nice selection of effects in the customisable bank and then remembering which number is which in a gig!
16.
Unfortunately not - I was using headphones! Just waiting now for a convenient time when everyone's out and it's not too late...
I hear that! The zoom unit is great with headphones... I used it quite a bit but I never learned to use it properly so I ended up selling it a little later on.
17.
Glad this has worked out for ya. I'ts a great sounding amp, but people take warning lights too seriously!! haha. Regarding the contour knob, its essentially a "slap bass" control, scoops out the mids whilst adding bass & treble, (instant smiley face on a graphic). A lot of amps have a similar feature (Trace pre-shape, Hartke contour, Markbass vpf....) they tend to sound ok in isolation, but it's an instant "cloaking device" in band scenario!
Ah that's cool, I'll turn that junk off then I only slap on one song during the bridge, but the lead guitarist decided he wanted ANOTHER solo (he doesn't seem to be able to cope with anyone else having the spotlight) so I might just start playing it fingerstyle from now on.
18. Of course it was deliberate! The punnage is hurting me
