  1. Planned setup. Still thinking if I should go with an external comp or not. But yeah, pretty much either of the 2 iterations. I’ve fully embraced on my Anagram setup nad loving it. Just need a good synth and the MXR will fill that.
  2. Is it only that tap tempo switch that works for the mxr bass synth or can I use like a moaly dual foot switch?
  3. Just wanna say most of my C4 presets, I got from you!

https://www.facebook.com/share/p/15ynyVPK9g/?mibextid=wwXIfr Just saw this in fb marketplce. Not affiliated!
  5. All knobs flat. Here’s some Chaka Khan and Bruno Mars groove. Also, the Octaver sounds great! I’d still prefer the Kaamos/Octabvre though as I’m mostly using this pedal for moog stuff. MXR Bass Synth 2025.wav
  6. I'll try it out tonight when Í'm home. Only tested in for 15 minutes as I had to go to work. Will do a quick comparison with my Anagram's octave.
  7. I don't have any of them at the moment but I still remember the feel and reponse of my previous C4 in terms of how it reacts to my playing nuances, left and right hand technique. I would say, this feels natural when I play it. When you play quick passages/runs even on stacatto notes, it responds well/better than C4(even the best presets that I liked).
  8. yeah I love the switching preset function with the main foot switch. And you get new knob parameters when you hold the voice or shape switch.
  9. Just in! Sharing my little project board.
  10. Straight out of the box, you get useable synth/moog sounds! It’s not hard to dial in and I think this responds better than most of the presets I liked in my C4. Anyway, here’s my small board project.
  11. Looking forward to this! I see how nicely responsive it is to IMA's playing like palm mute or staccato notes. Managed to order one. Already sold on prestet 1 and covers alot. Exciting!
  12. Got this on a recent trade but now surplus to my requirements since acquiring my Anagram. May also consider trading this for a Cali76 V2 silver. Just message me! Free postage! Kind regards, Chad
  13. Bought the PSU brand new from GuitarGuitar 2 weeks ago and the Rockboard second hand. Moving on with my current analog board as I’m super happy with my Anagram. Only selling as bundle and will not part them out. Free Postage UK Mainland! Any questions, feel free to message me.
  14. Ah you described it exactly what I’m missing. Do I just tell my tech to wire the bridge pickup in parallel? Planning to convert it to vol vol tone config as well just so I can mix the pickups like I always do on my PJs.
  15. I’m mostly a P guy all the way and wanted to try the P+J settings both in series and parallel on my SP1. I just couldn’t get along with it, sounds very humbucker-ish to me vs a more traditional PJ(for reference I like the Yamaha BBP35 PJ tone). J tone solo I got no problem, I can get a nice fat Jaco-ish tone. It’s just the PJ setting. Anything I can do to make it sound at least closer to a traditional PJ? Will changing the config to vol vol tone make a difference or do I have to change bridge pickup that has different character which I don’t mind.
  16. Selling this amazing synthy fuzz pedal as I’ve just got a Doom2. Postage included! Slightly negotiable. Clear topper included. No box but will package properly and securely. Any questions, Just message me.
  17. I'll check that out! I'm also using a DCX and B15 NAM which I really like! The DCX sounds exactly like my DCX. It's good to know that there's Tone3000 available to check out and it's free!
  18. I’ve just played with it tonight and hooked it up with my focusrite via xlr. I quite like what I hear on the settings I’ve dialled in. It sounds amazing just before breakup and that’s how I set it up. I noticed when I engage my Octabvre and Doom, it kinda sounds a bit rounded? Probably the cabsim. It’s not bad. It pairs well with the Empress whether it’s light or heavy compression, I quite like it. The Capo is more versatile but I found it easier to dial a nice vintage tubey tone with the Bassrig. I have a love and hate relationship with the Capo’s B channel. Sometimes i love it but sometimes I feel it’s underwhelming. Spent the night playing around. I found it easy to dial my go-to tones. I like the Noble here than the Stomp. The Kaamos Octaver sounds ace and it tracks so well. Envelope Filter and Moogerfooger sounds organic and waaay better than the Stomp filters. Very easy to navigate and work with. Only thing I’m missing is a good sounding synth brassmaster type fuzz. I can’t get the duality to sound the way I like. Also a 1176 style compressor would be good! Hyper luminal is meh for me but it is workable and useable. It’s a good purchase for me and I’m glad I did.
  19. Sharing my current rig. Just got the Anagram today which I intend to use as flyrig. It’s as big as my Nintendo Switch I love it! Small board is still my meat and potatoes so it stays.

This just arrived! Bought the only stock in GuitarGuitar yesterday. Still keeping my analog board though.
  21. Ah I see. My tone control functions like a normal Pbass would
  22. I’ve never had a Canadian one but what do you mean with the tone control being weird?
  23. Mine weighs at around 3.9kgs, I took it to a wedding gig in Grantham this weekend and survived a 30 song setlist with no shoulder pain. I've mostly used the P or the J tone only which covered most of my needs. I love the feel of the neck of this thing, rounded on the edges, not too chunky not too thin. It feels like a D but I'm not very particular whatever shape it is as long as it feels good when I hold and move my hand around the neck I'm good. It was comfortable on that 2 sets we played. I tend to roll off the tone knob a tad, it's the sweet spot for me. I bought the instrument from BassDirect without having tried any Dingwalls at all! Sure it is expensive as some people say for an Indonesian made instrument, but I've no regrets. I also like what they did to the pickguard holes on the knob and jack. Just remove the screws and no need to remove any washers on the knob and jack in case you need to remove the pickguard. If anything, I raised the action slightly higher as it was too low for my taste. Now, I'm just looking forward to put more miles on this instrument! Also not a fan of sunbursts. The green one looks good too! If it came with a tort pickguard I might have considered it! All I can say is, do it! haha Chad
  24. Back to my 1st fave comp! Got it at such a super nice deal with a fellow basschatter.
  25. Recorded a quick vid and soundclip yesterday: Excited to use this for tomorrow’s wedding gig!
