1. Good Luck, if i had seen this earlier I might have popped along as it's on the way home. R.
2.
if it's still there on monday i'll take it man - need to wait till i gets paid!!!! edit - dang, jumped on that a bit soon, never saw the london! consider posting at all?
Give me a shout again when you have been paid I'll see if I can find something to wrap it in at the weekend. My main prob is I don't have the chance to get to a post office very often with big parcels. Cheers
3.
Yeah! Give me to the end of the week when I get paid please Interested in the MXR stereo chorus...
Not a problem
4. Bump. Any Interest in these?
5. Bought from this forum secondhand it's about 540mmx320mm which is too big for my needs so I may as well move it on. it hasn't been uses and comes with a new strip of velcro. on the down side part of the felt on the right hand side at the edge has come away (see pic) I think it must have been an error in manufacturing as this hasn't been used, I'd say it was purely cosmetic and would not be a problem. Cheap and cheerful pedalboard. I'd rather not post this so £20 collected from South London, Luton or anywhere between the two on the Thameslink line. Feel free to PM me any questions. 6. I have bough and tried out various pedals over the last few month to see what ones I like, I also found a box of pedals in the loft I haven't used since the 80's! so I'm slowly moving on the ones I will not use. EBS Octabass In used condition, velcro has been added then removed from the bottom by the previous owner and there are some small bits of the type worn away (can be seen in the pics) when I bought this pedal the battery clip was not attached to the circuit board anynore I have used it exclusively with a power supply, I think it would be easy to re attach it if you wanted to power the pedal by battery. I'm selling it because it's way too subtle for my liking. comes in tatty box. £60 SOLD MXR Stereo Chorus (M-134) SOLD In excellent condition, a lovely sounding chorus with a button that stops the effect working on the very low notes so makes it ideal for bass. I have decided I don't need a chorus pedal, boxed and with MXR 18v power supply £75. Behringer Super Octaver (SO400) Very good condition, basically a Boss OC-3 clone, ideal if you want to try out an octaver and see if it's the effect for you, I have an OC-2 and Father Christmas is bringing me an MXR octaver so this is no longer needed. no box £20 now £16 All prices include postage. Any questions feel free to PM me. R.
7. I have one of those old Satalite through neck P basses, tough to play but it sounds quite good. a combination of a through neck and through body stringing maybe?
8.
There's a transcription on my long-abandoned website: http://www.stuartclayton.force9.co.uk/media.htm Would love to know who played this line, it's awesome. Stu
Plus a transcription for Battlestar Scralatchtika by Incubus that has made my day - Cheers!

I bought a DHA pedal from Steve, he was a joy to deal with. R.
10. I bought two pedals from Gary, an MXR Octaver and a Boss CE-2 and he was a pleasure to deal with and the service was excellent. R.
11. Nice bass and Geerts a great guy to deal with. R.

13. I had a Sunburst Mexican Deluxe Jazz a few years back, it looked stunning and was very well made but for some reason I didn't like the way it sounded. I have gone back to a passive Jazz.
14.
f***in' hell, that's not a bad lineup. Wish I wasn't the other end of the country!
Yup not a bad line-up at all. Anyone Interested?
15. That is very nice indeed without being too flash.
16.
Judging by their inclination to be flashy maybe it should be Stanley Clarke Vs Victor Wooten! I'd love to go but it wouldn't be practical unfortunately. Also I don't know anyone who would be the least bit interested in going with me!
A slap to the death maybe?

18.
You might get distortion, heaven forbid. Anyway, where are the gutshots?
It would be awful if it distorted in that warm and lush way valves tend to do when pushed Nicest amp I have used was back in the 80's when I borrowed our guitarists Sound City valve amp, lovely tone when the volume was on 10.
19. Thanks for the advice, much appreciated. Weirdly I think it's seeing the words 'not suitable for bass' on the back that got me wanting to try it out
20. Nice try For the purpose of seeing if it powers up would any speaker be OK to use to create a load?
21. I have an old 60's Selmer valve head that was given to me many years ago and I have never turned it on, I'm curious to see if it works but I seem to remember that it's not a good idea to turn valve amps on without having a speaker attached, is this correct? I only have my EBS cab and don't fancy plugging it into that. Any advise would be appreciated. R.
