1. I am selling my DD7 Boss Delay pedal, I bought it a few months ago to sit in front of my EHX Bass Synth pedal. However since buying it I have only used it for about 5-10 minutes when I first bought it and having just sold (pending) my EHX Bass Synth pedal, I think this might as well go too. The pedal is in A1 condition, as mentioned it was used at home briefly during which time it was set on top of my amp and used by hand only, since that time it has been stored in the original box with all paperwork, everything is included and in A1 condition. The Boss product page is here I am looking for £85 delivered by Special Delivery, payment via Bank Transfer. Thanks
2. £110 delivered bump
3. This auction is for my Electro Harmonix Bass Micro Synth, it is as new, totally complete. It includes the original box, paperwork(including unused warranty card), PSU and packaging. It has probably only had a couple of hours use at most, and during that time I have used it only by hand, no dirty boot marks on this pedal! I am only selling this pedal because I don't use it, I only play at home and I am happy going straight into an amp, no effects,I don't think I am an effects person (can I say that ) I notice that one in worse condition than mine sold for £130, so I am setting the price for this at [s]£130 [/s] £110 delivered, priced to sell. If you need any more info or pictures please let me know.
4.
I've got to ask, have you actually amplified this thing? And if so, how does it sound and play?
Yeah, I briefly put it through my line6 110 when I first got it. I personally like the profile, size and weight of it, but then I love the neck on my Geddy Lee so thin necks are fine by me. In terms of sound I didnt do much with it in terms of fiddling with the tone and the volume on it, but it sounds suprisingly good for what is a childs bass. I do find it awkward describing a bass sound but I think its a passable Precision style.
5. Sunday back to work with a bump, bump
6. Johnny_Frog bought my Tascam GT-R1 recorder, good communication throughout and very prompt payment too. Would be more than hapy to deal with JF again. Thanks
7. On the 9th June 2010 I purchased a EB18 bass guitar, listing for the auction can be found HERE. I bought it for my son, however it was a slightly impulsive purchase as he is not due for arrival on this earth until 6th August 2010! As a result it seems likely that this may not get use for a good view years yet, so I might as well move it on. The other factor in buying this rather than wait is that this is the mahogany version of the EB18 which is not seen that often. The bass is in mint condition from when I bought it, I have used it for only a couple of minutes, to prove that all was in working order. The only thing to note is that the bass has some slight/surface indentations in the wood under the varnish on the back of the bass body, which was there when I bought it, I have taken pictures of the back of the bass, but they have not shown up on the picture. The bass comes with the original canvas gigbag. Priced to sell at £79 delivered Cheers Mike

9. Selling my Ashdown Tourbus 10, another of my legendary impulse purchases, cracking little 10 watt amp weighing approx 4.5kg Here is some borrowed sales blurb: Great for the aspiring pro, Ashdown's TourBus 10 is a bass practice amp with volume, bass and treble controls, a headphone socket for silent practice, and a CD/MP3 input so you can play along with your favourite band. A rugged 6.5" driver delivers a surprisingly potent tone. I am only selling this because it was superceded by my Line6 110 several months back and has not been used since. I have the original receipt and manual, but not the original box. The amp is in excellent condition, only used around the house. Looking for £30 picked up from Ipswich or Stowmarket, if you want it delivered I would ask for £5 towards costs and I will cover the rest. Thanks
10. I purchased this unit in January of this year to record to record a gig, work had decided to let us play at the staff Xmas party, brave I know. Link to the Tascam website page for this item is here. The sound quality on the recordings is great, so much so that our lead guitarist on the night bought one of his own. The unit has been used a handful of times since then around the house for silent practice. I kept the box that I received it in and still have all manuals, the battery, 1GB SD card (will be wiped before I send it out, I couldn't do it to you) and the protective carry wallet. The condition of the unit itself is excellent, pretty much near mint, it still has the protective plastic cover on the screen. Price for this is £165 delivered, payment by bank transfer or any other means that does not hit me with charges! Thanks

13.
Now, I've never been there but, having read the various posts on here over the years, my understanding was that the Bass Cellar was Mos Eisley.... If you know what I mean..?
A wretched hive of scum and villainy??
14. I went to see Kyle Eastwood on Friday and it just made me think that I would have loved to learn the bass "properly", by that I mean fully rounded approach to learning, technique, theory, history. I was reminded me of the bit in Empire Strikes Back where Luke Skywalker went to see Yoda to learn about the force, I need to do that bit of jogging through a forest performing somersaults with a bass equivalent of yoda in my rucksack. So my questions to you all are who or what are the bass equivalent of these Star Wars related things, I have had my go: Who is Yoda? - Who is Darth Vader? - Steve Vai Who is Ben Kenobi? - James Jamerson "Use the hook Luke" Where is Dagobah? - What is the lightsabre? - Fender Precision What is the Death Star - Bass Cellar
15. Red Dead is superb, bought it at the weekend. Not sure whats going on with multplayer though, do I shoot anything that moves or get a posse together. Have you "skinned your horse" yet, not a euphamism!
Red Dead Redemption for the 360, lots of pizza, lots of beer.
16.
An 1/8th of bugle.
I had 1/2 a cornet at lunchtime
17.
Alternatively, you could get a TC Polytune
I downloaded the Polytune app for the iPhone lastnight, very impressive.
18. Thanks for all your suggestions, I am noticing an alcohol theme in this thread and I like it alot! Plenty to consider here, much appreciated.
19. Having managed to stay employed with the same company for the last ten years , I qualify for the 10 year £150 gift. In terms of bass related gear, what would you spend £150 on?
20. I have a Geddy Lee Jazz which has been fitted with roundwounds since I have had it. I want to give it a setup and new strings, my question is does anybody have any particular recommendations for suitable strings? Cheers
21. I am selling my Dean Jeff Berlin Basic Bass, I bought roughly one year ago from BassMerchant in Colchester. It is a great little bass, I chose it for the dimensions, I had previously used a shortscale (Squier Bronco) and chose this because the bridge is set lower in the body making the neck seem a little bit shorter than ordinary full size basses. Dean Website info here I have only used this bass in my spare room (I only ever play with myself ) it is in excellent condition, no dints, bumps or bucklerash. Reason for sale is that I have just purchased a Sterling Ray34 and I dont see myself using anything else for a while, my rampant GAS is under control! This bass is for sale at £250 delivered £230 picked-up. Struggling to find a price to suit you guys so stuck this on eBay Thanks
22. I have my Bass Pod XT Live For Sale. I bought it last year when I was looking for a wah pedal, my thinking was why not spend a bit more and get all the other lovely effects as well. However I have since found that as nice as it is having all the effects I am still only using the auto wah, so it might as well go, saving me some floor space and getting me some more GAS tokens. smile.gif The unit has only been used infrequently and only in my spare room it is in excellent condition, controls show none of the usual wear and tear. I have all the paperwork, box and packaging, so it will arrive to you as new.
