1.
S'ok, I've survived nearly 30 years of bass life without ever even touching a P-bass and I'm still intact
Your avatar says otherwise....
2. When I had my shop I was glad if anyone came and asked for a box, we had to pay to tip them, GAK are making pocket money imo for the staff do. Maybe they give it to charity?
3. Hiya folks, continuing my regretful sales with my Ashton 12 stringer, it's in great condition and works just as it should. No problems at all. Erm it has 12 strings, it's a guitar erm it's auditorium sized and you can plug it in. It cost me about £160 3 years ago so £95 seems about right. It's even got a built in tuner.. I'd prefer collection but if you want it posting it would be £10. I have a hard case that's new but we'd need to negotiate that. 4. Try a PM instead of bumping it, someone else might take an interest...
5. Sounds like a compromise, I have a Chowny semi and it's great. I sold one or two Freshman acoustics in my shop, thankfully. I breathed a sigh of relief when they went. They were awful pointless things.
6. Absolutely, I would do the same.
7. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your kind words, I have more tests on Monday so I'll know more then.
8. Replied, still for sale.
9. Hiya, this is a very reluctant sale, but it has to go. I bought this a while ago from Aero71 of this parish and it is the best Jazz I've ever owned/played, I mean that. It has Seymour Duncan SPB-3 pickups, a high mass bridge, quality tuners and a stunning candy orange finish. That neck, I think it's fabulous, so easy to play and a super smooth glossy finish. Like I say the best I've ever owned. It will come with a padded gigbag and delivery is included in the price which is non-negotiable. Sorry for being blunt but I've had a medical diagnosis which will end my playing very soon. There are a couple of very small marks but they really are insignificant. 15.
Lasse Thernøe,the fella in charge of the HB guitars and basses hinted it was thought of at a drunken party.
Similar thing with the James Nellist stagg acoustic guitar, the rep told me he was an accountant for stagg.
16.
Just when you think you have a hold on yourself and are happy with the gear you have. This is serious temptation. GLWTS and please sell quickly
you ain't just whistlin' Dixie... temptation indeed
17. That's great value for money Lozz, GLWTS
18. Can't put it down, like thebrig I wouldn't touch one with a bargepole after buying a blood red one off here. It felt awful to me so I quickly moved it on. This one is completely different, very light and feels characterful if you get what I mean. I'm going to be selling my P's and jazzes now.
19. I never thought I'd ever say this but today I bought a R.....nb....r 4003S, the walnut one with the maple board and dots. It was new in Feb this year and for sale due to bad health problems. Can I post pics of it? It appeared briefly for sale here yesterday, just long enough to get the details and it wasn't far from me and so I bought it. Fit and finish are flawless, it hangs well and isn't heavy. The range of tones is amazing, I'm totally converted. Never seen a maple board on a R...y before. wow etc' edit: the ban seems to say no selling so here goes:

21. I used to sell them in my shop, well made and they came from China. Don't know a lot more than that except Burns were heavy.
