A fantastic 1200 watt amp with that amazingly pure EA tone. I bought it as a lightweight, extremely portable and very powerful back-up for my Mesa Boogie head (well, you really don't want to carry two of those do you...LOL..). Thing is that it never really gets used as I go through the PA so don't really need a back-up so it's up for sale. www.eaamps.com/products-detail.asp?REC_ID=3 - here is all the technical info... I am up for trades (plus cash) but I'm really looking for two matching cabs, either 1x12 or 2x10, or a 5 string jazz type bass. Hopefully a picture will be uploaded on here but, if not, please do drop me a pm for some pics. I'm based near Cambridge but it's so light that a courier won't be a problem. Cheers Geester

...imho of course.... This one has the deep setting and the mix knob so is perfect for bass. It's in excellent condition, I even have the original cloth bag and the box. Price is plus insured shipping but it won't be more than £7. Selling as I've picked up an endorsement from another pedal company so will be using their chorus pedal. I'll get some pics up very soon, any questions please do drop me a line. Cheers

Great pedal but I just don't use it in a motown band. Really easy to get some great sounds, this is a real bargain - check out the price at effectpowersupplies.com - it's £122!! This one is in excellent condition, I'll get some picture up very soon. I've even got the original box so posting isn't an issue. Please do drop me a line if you've got any questions.

Fantastic EQ pedal in great condition. Brilliant thing about this pedal is that the sliders light up when the pedal is on and you can see exactly what the settings are.....very useful on a dark stage.....also true by-pass which is very important (IMHO)... All the details are on the Markbass website, I will get some pictures up very soon but rest assured it is mint condition. Cheers Geester

Bargain price for a superb amp, it's in excellent condition as I've only used it a handful of times. Low price as I really do need to get a quick sale, reason being I need two channel amp so I can switch sounds mid-set. For this reason I'm not really able to accept trades. The GB Streamliner is quite rightly a legendary amp - 900w of tube tone in a brilliantly portable package, and the glowing tubes are ace.... Will post pictures as soon as soon as I've taken some....but rest assured it's in great condition. Please don't hesitate to drop me a line if you have any questions. Cheers Geester

Here’s a bit of a rarity, it’s a Trace Elliot GP12SMX pre-amp in very good condition. Not sure how old it is but I’ve had it for a few years. It’s been sat in my studio for the last couple of years doing nothing hence me thinking it’s time to move it on. It produces that classic Trace tone with the graphic and the famous Trace pre-sets. It also has an enormous amount of options in terms of crossover, effects routing/blending and, of course, the fantastic Trace bi-band compressor (high & low). I’m really not sure of value but I’m happy to let it go for £75 plus shipping, which is a bit of a bargain. I must stress it is in perfect working order and has all its original knobs, sliders and buttons. I’m based near Cambridge but I’m happy to deliver within a reasonable distance…. For sale is a brand new BBE B-Max pre-amp. This is a fantastic bit of kit, only reason it's for sale is I now use my EA gear and not a rack set-up anymore. As you can see from the pics, it's in 'as new' condition. I've only had it a few months but never got round to installing it into my rack system, then purchased the EA gear and now it's sat doing nothing. It has a built-in compressor which is has a great reputation plus the famous BBE Sonic Maximiser which adds superb depth and clarity to the sound. BBE make the compressor and the maximiser as foot pedals and they are at least £90 each..... I’ve got the box so shipping is no problem. I’m based near Cambridge but happy to deliver within a reasonable distance. Price is £140 and not £170 plus shipping but that shouldn’t be more than £10, always happy to consider offers though. It really has to go.... Thanks for looking…. .....have they given you any songs to learn?....if so, learn them.....I know it sounds crap but I've lost count of the number of musicians I have auditioned who have simply failed to learn the numbers......tip about relaxing and being yourself is spot on....

Maybe try Ken Smith DBE strings, you can get them at www.stringbusters.com or take a look on the Ken Smith web site. I used to use the Status strings but found the Ken Smiths to be a bit better and last a bit longer....however it's 'horses for courses' and it's just what you prefer I guess.....worth trying some different ones but it could take a long time if you don't change your strings that often....
