1. My apologies, it's just that you said earlier in the thread that it was the same as the one sold at The Gallery. The one sold at The Gallery was a dual channel version (second overdrive channel with full e.q.) with a footswtich for channel changing and mute so therefore it's not the same as the one at The Gallery.
2. Hi, is it single channel or dual channel (second channel having distortion) and does it have the footswitch?
3. Many thanks to all those that responded.
4. Up for sale is a brilliant Mesa Boogie M-Pulse 600 and Powerhouse 2x10 & 1x15 cabs, this is a monster rig and the tone is unbelievable. I love this rig but I no longer have a car suitable to transport it. I bought the amp new from The Bass Gallery and still have the receipt and the tags, it's absolutely mint as I'm a bit of a tart about my gear. The 2x10 is also in top condition and comes with the Mesa cover. The 1x15 is also absolutely fine and has the Mesa castors so you can move the whole rig around the stage. As you can see, they have the much sought after silver grille and it took me ages to find a 1x15 to match the 2x10. I'm more than happy to split it up and sell as individual items, prices are: M-Pulse Head - £650 Powerhouse 2x10 cab - £450 Powerhouse 1x15 - £300 I'm also happy to take part-ex as long as there's a little bit of cash my way (offers by PM of course), I'm particularly interested in smallish combos like a 1x15 or a 1x12, could consider 2x10 but need to be sensitive on size as my boot isn't that big . As a sweetener, plus I recognise asking a courier to transport the rig might be pricey, I am more than willing to meet up at a sensible place at no extra cost. I'll borrow a suitable car for the trip. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. 5. Great amp, just a couple of quick questions - how old is it and is it a USA made one?
6. Very nice....and a great location for a studio too.....very tempting...
7. I know, you'd have thought we'd have loads of guitarists queuing up - but no, can't find a decent one anywhere....tunes are relatively easy rock/pop covers so no great stress regarding material. We do weddings/parties/beer festivals/music festivals/large pubs etc.... Please do drop me a line if you're interested or know someone that can do it - we have loads of gigs booked but no guitarist...using an expensive dep in the meantime... Cheers Geester

9. I am the original owner of the bass having picked it up while in the US in 2011. It's a superb instrument with a lot of optional extras such as the ebony fretboard, Amboina Burl Top with matching control knobs, world logo and luminlay position markers. The body is Makore which gives a great, well rounded smooth tone. I've never played a bass with a better action, it's so easy to play and the fastest neck I've had the pleasure to play. It easily accommodates all styles, it's particularly easy for slap/tapping as well given the low, buzz free action. It really doesn't feel like a 35" scale as it's so easy and quick to navigate the slick fretboard. By the way, it has brand new D'addario strings on it. Why am I selling? I really don't want to but I need the cash to buy a Spector 5 string. This bass is not getting the attention it deserves as most, if not all, of my gigs are 5 string events and a six string of this quality is overkill. If it doesn't sell here I'll part-ex it which will be a shame but needs must. A bass like this, with all the optional extras would be well over £4K new. It even has the MTD hardcase with all the case candy including the letter from Michael Tobias, fretboard oil (used regularly of course) and the led torch to charge the luminlay side markers. I'm always to open to reasonable offers..... I'm based near Cambridge and would be happy to deliver if you're a reasonable distance away. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Here's some pictures:
10. One quick bump before I part-ex it for a 34" scale 5er....
11. It's a really tough decision but I'm going to have to let this bass go. The bass is brilliant; both the sound and the appearance are outstanding, I've never got so many positive comments from soundmen and audiences alike. Here are the details from the Sandberg site - http://www.sandberg-...ornia-marlowedk I have both a gig bag and a case for it so shipping shouldn't be an issue. I'm also happy to meet-up if you're not too far away (I'm in Huntingdon near Cambridge). I've attached some pics although I apologise for my poor camera skills....please do drop me a line if you're interested... 12. Would love to try this bass out....looks great and the EQ I'm guessing is a bit special....pity it's abroad...

14. I'm interested in the amp and don't need the footswitch......and I work in Corby!!! We could have a three way meet up and exchange war stories...
15. Just to let you know, Doghouse is a top guy to deal with....I particularly like the opportunity to do an impromptu performance to the audience in the shop when you drop in... BTW, if you ever want to let the Mesa go just drop me a line....I'm missing it already...
16. I'm interested in the RH750 and footswitch too....and I work within 10 miles of Northampton.....
17. These cabs are brilliant....I am sorely tempted...
18. We are a busy Ska band from Huntingdon/March/Peterborough with a lot of gigs in the calendar between now and the end of the year, including well paid Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve slots. Next year is filling up very quickly and already looks like it will be another fantastic year. We gig nearly every weekend and this often includes both Friday and Saturday nights. We've done quite a few festivals (Scooter rallies, Beer Festivals, Music festivals etc) as well as clubs and pubs, travel wise we play from Birmingham to Ipswich, down to London and up to Leeds so quite an area. Line up wise we have the usual plus keys and brass so think Madness, Specials, Bad Manners etc. Money wise we do quite well and this is set to improve a lot next year. If you want to be part of a fun, successful, talented band please do drop me a line. Age is no barrier. Cheers
19. Hi Wimpy, You're right, they are great bits of kit. Particularly the fact that the world class head is removable......it's a 4 ohm version. However, I've been reliably informed they are more than happy at 2.6/2 ohms. Cheers Mike G.
20. Fantastic combo in great condition. It's up at Mark's (www.bassdirect.co.uk) on commission sale but I thought I'd put it up on here so fellow Basschatters can get a lower price. The apparent marks on the front are just residue polish from cleaning it for the photos. All the reviews of this amp/combo are true - it's a very special piece of work and sounds superb. Only reason I'm selling is I have two other Mesa amps and a set of Mesa cabs so it's just not getting used. I'm up for a trade with cash my way, not sure what I want so hit me with what you've got. Any questions at all please don't hesitate to ask. I'm based near Cambridge but happy to travel for a meet up if required. Cheers Mike G.
