If you want to collect from me in Bristol, and taking in to account the current advice regarding social distancing, this might be possible... maybe we could do the deal in my front garden? If you drop the cash and back away then I'll edge forwards and pick it up, count it, stuff it in an airtight bag for at least 72 hours, leave the case on the ground and then back away slowly to go wash my hands. These came to me already installed in a Jazz bass I bought from France. I’d never heard of them and I suspect a lot of people in the UK have never heard of them too. I had absolutely no expectations from them but when I tried them for the first time, I was mightily impressed. So much so that I would consider these to be the finest Jazz pickups I have ever heard. Favourites are entirely subjective of course but these boutique French pups to have a certain je ne sais quoi… actually I do know what they have, and that’s a lovely tone.
